So this is the worst nail salon i have ever been to. The reason i got trapped into going there was because i unfortunately bought a groupon offer. Please do not buy any nail salon offers at this salon. First of all they do not have the proper manicure pedicure equipment. They use some cheap brand of nailpolish. Girls working there are amateurs straight out of beauty school and have a hard time even applying nail color, removing cuticles, i was filing my own nails because she could not. Nailpolish turned out uneven, bumpy and a complete disaster. Did not have a dryer to dry my nails and i dried my nail color for 4hrs and it still smudged and chipped off. If i even read that one review i wud never have driven 30 min to go there. They are nice people but you dont get the job done. Stay away from mani and pedi from that salon. Wasted 4hrs on manicure and pedicure and had to get it done again from a different salon ghe same day. Disaster!!! Read Less

My hair has never looked so amazing! My color is always spot on, and turns out beautiful! I have very curly, thin hair that is hard to cut, hard to style, but Jesenia always does it perfectly. It took her two hours and fifteen minutes to remove gel polish and put an acrylic overlay on.  I didn't need tips or anything extra.  For taking that much time, you would think that I would have had an immaculate set of nails.  Incorrect!  They are so uneven and bumpy.  I called to cancel my following appointment so I could go somewhere else.  The manager called back and made excuses for the nail tech instead of trying to find a solution for a potential customer.  I was flabbergasted!  As for the store itself, I will not be returning to find out. I went to this nail salon thinking since they charge more I would get better results. I THINK NOT. They cahrged me $66 for a mani/pedi and I STILL had hang nails, cuticles, etc. I would NEVER go back to this place and want a refund. Read Less

I found a very unique beauty store in Salem that offers all natural cosmetic products and among them was my favorite cosmetic, Bare Escentuals.
