Only 2 people working, when I finally set down after waiting 30 min. When I called they said just walk in. Then when it came to the painting part, the second color isn't the one I asked for, nor is the design. Then one finger looks like my 5yr old did it. Very unhappy for the price. Also they charge you 15 to take of gel polish to go to reg, and charge 3.00 for cut down when there using less product cutting them down. They charge you 5.00 foe 2 finger design, when one isn't what I wanted and two is sloppy on one hand. Hire more people or something. And don't rush just bc it's closing time. I went in to get acrylics. I asked for almond shaped nails and I left with lopsided ovals, streaky polish and one of my fingers bleeding because he kept filing in between the acrylic and my finger. They're bubbly and uneven. Would not recommend to anyone. Read Less

If you want to get a good job on acrylics, do not go here. They made mine all bubbly and here were hairs in them. I think the lady took advantage of the fact that my dad just dropped me off there and trusted them to do a good job. Will not make that mistake again Read Less

HORRIBLE! The man who works there started doing my nails and I left with chunks of acrylics all over that I had removed across the street. He was mean. He yelled at me because I told him that I wanted almond shaped nails and he cut them down too low. He cut off all of my beautiful natural nails so he could put on fake tips Did not listen to what I wanted and then yelled at me when I said it wasn't looking like the picture I showed him. He knew it was for my wedding and he was seriously so rude. He made me pay him to leave, and he never even finished the job. Horrible service Disappointing behavior from an adult man. Read Less

Terrible experience. Went to get my nails done and asked for one sparkly nail, one with stripes, and another with a star, the rest plain. But what I got, one with a messy flower and the rest plain. Not even close to what I wanted. My sister and mom also had the same problem with their designs they had picked out. The total came out to $92 not at all worth $5. Completely embarrassed since they look like a child's. Never going back and wouldn't recommend it. Read Less

Came in later on a weeknight and they were extremely friendly. I got a French pedicure which was done extremely well. I also got a no-chip manicure which was okay. I've had better (as you can see in the pictures, some paint on my skin and the color is uneven on some nails). Overall, very nice staff and a good experience ! Read Less

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience my first time here a few days ago. The gentleman who did my gel mani & regular pedi was not able to make my nails even or straight. They are crooked & different lengths. He also got polish all over my skin on both my toes & nails. He attempted to clean up my nails but they still looked very bad. Once I got home & got a better look at my toes, several of them were not even completely covered in polish. And to top it all off, a simple gel mani & a regular pedi cost $64. I was in shock. I was traveling with my wife near by the area. My wife,she was hurry to get her nails done for wedding of her classmate but we are not living in this town. We stopped by this salon. The shop is nice and beautiful, we had all well done with wonderful work from them, I would recommend you to come there and see your own eyes. Nice keep it up that way. Read Less

If I could give a zero or even negative-star review, I would.  I went in for a shellac/gel manicure.  My fiancé was having a no-polish pedicure.  First, I was asked to select a color from the skimpiest selection of polishes I've ever seen.  All were an off-brand that looked like dollar store polish except one bottle of OPI gel polish which happened to be my fave OPI color.  I was in luck!  Or so I thought. The woman proceeded to clip all my nails down to almost nothing without asking what length or what shape I wanted.  She then did a worse-than-amateur job of filing what was left.  Jagged and uneven.  I bit my tongue because nails grow back and I could fix some of that with a diamond file later.  Next, she asked me to go wash my hands at the sink in the back.  I opened a jar of disgusting nail brushes that had brown and yellow at the root of every smashed bristle (gross) and opted to just wash without a brush.  I then went back to the station where my "tech" put my bare hands in the UV box and turned it on.  You know, the box that is used to cure shellac/gel polish?  I asked why she was exposing me to UV rays when there was nothing on my nails to cure and she said to dry them.  What?!  That's utter nonsense. By the way, the UV box wasn't even a box.  It was a dome put on top of a phone book so the phone book was the "floor."  Wow.  I'm seriously getting nervous at this point because a gel manicure is too expensive and too long-lasting (and potentially very damaging to the nails) to have a totally screwed up job.  So when I see her reach for a cheap base coat that isn't intended for a gel manicure, I tell her no.  I'm not paying for a long-term manicure that will end up bubbling and peeling.  I told her to remove the little bit of base coat she had already applied -  I was leaving.  I explained this to the man I assume is the owner and he yelled at the woman for cutting my nails off without asking (she told him she was "evening them out" but none of my nails were even close to this short To begin with and she should have asked me before clipping everything off in any event).  I told my fiancé what was up and that I would be out waiting for him. Afterward I found out that not only was his pedicure half-assed (they put lotion on and massaged one leg only, for example) but they charged him for hacking up my nails!  Unbelievable!  I stopped at Meijer afterward and bought supplies to fix the damage done today and to tend to my cuticles which were completely ignored at the shop, so this turned into a pretty expensive and disappointing outing.There's apparently a really good reason we were the ONLY customers in this place on a Saturday. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else. Read Less
