Wow, just wow. This place is so very unprofessional. Not a salon I will ever return to. The customer service was so poor. I made an appointment here to see a specific nail technician. I had to line up a babysitter etc. to make it happen at the time they said she was available. They called the day before to confirm my appointment. When I arrived the first thing out of the receptionists mouth was 'oh, there's been a mistake. Did you wanna see ___?' When I said yes, she said 'She's not available, you are with ______.'I told her I specifically made an appointment to see ____, lined up a babysitter and drove across town because she was recommended to me by a friend. The first thing she says is 'so you wanna reschedule?' I was literally flabbergasted. No kindness, no trying to make it right. She basically acted like it was my fault! Then two other employees came over and looked at the computer, looked at me, looked at the computer, said something to the receptionist, as if I wasn't there.I asked once again, 'so there is no chance I can see ______?'The receptionist shrugs and says 'you can reschedule.' I said no thanks and left. I haven't been treated so poorly in a long time. Customer service is important and this was a seriously terrible experience. When you schedule with a salon and want to see someone specific, they shouldn't wait until you come in to tell you that person is not available. Fabulous service. Stylist are on the cutting edge. One of the only places around that does highlights using a technique called " balyage" Which is painting the color by hand for a truly natural and beautiful head of highlights!!! I love this place. I got acrylics with a gel manicure on top. I didn't feel rushed as I have in other salons; the tech took her time on each nail to ensure they looked flawless. Even though she let me know it would last around 2 weeks, they lasted around 3 weeks without so much as a chip...and I'm someone who picks at my nails (ex-nail biter). I've gotten so many compliments on my nails from those who know me, and total strangers. The pricing is fair, the people working there are professional and the results are amazing. Was recommended by neighbors to try this place for my nails. I was told that they were fantastic with acrylic,gel nails. Well they were right. My nail girl was wonderful. I got a new set and she did a beautiful job. This will be my go to place for nails. She is very personable. She is very conscientious when it comes to doing nails. I went to Erika for a shellac manicure on the recommendation of my sister. After enduring the crappiest of all manicures at several places around town, I can say I feel saved! Erika is very skilled and thorough, and friendly. Not once did I have to wait for a personal phone call, a co-worker yakk session, or any other shenanigans.  I will definitely go back to Envy. I started going to Envy because I had a Groupon for a pedi and shellac mani.... and now I'm hooked! Erika gives me a beautiful shellac manicure every two weeks, and the only reason I need to anew one is that my nails grow out! She's the best. Professional and personable...I'd recommend her to anyone. The salon recently expanded and they now have a very nice nail area in addition to the large hair space. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5- while the mani prices are quite reaonsable and competitive, I find the cost for a pedicure is too high. Read Less
