got a full set and some balances from here, the second time i came i got a lady who acted like she had no idea what she was doing and then a quarter of the way through a different lady came and started teaching her how to do nails, didn’t really appreciate being a test dummy. eventually the other girl took over but she was very rough and now that my nails are off you can see deep ridges where they went too hard, never seen anything like this the past two years of getting acrylics, won’t return again. Very unsatisfying. Took them 2 hours to start my pedi even tho they sat me at the chair. Didn't put water in and went to another customer leaving me for 2 hours with nothing said. Rushed my pedi and when I said something hurt they went back to doing it. Will not be going back. Horrible mother daughter day. Not happy. Read Less

Vogue was recommended several years ago. And I have used them consistently until recently. The last time I had my nails done it was by someone I had never seen before. 7 of my 10 nails lifted, she had acrylic all over my cuticle. On two separate times I have gone in only to leave after waiting an hour because they were taking appointments instead of walk ins. While I don't fault anyone for taking appointments, but to ensure your business grows instead of loosing good customers you should have someone able to take walk ins! The service was really great . They engage in interesting & friendly conversation with you instead of staring rudely . I came in for a pedicure & waited about 15 minutes soaking my feet but didn't mind because I was enjoying the massage chair lol. My only complaint is my massage was about 2 minutes max. My mom also came & received a balance & pedicure too . She joined me for her pedicure a good 30 minutes after my pedicure started meaning a lady was working on me I wasn't just soaking my feet & was having her toes painted at the same time as me . Was the first one in this am. I didn't have an appointment so I waited. Theresa had an appointment at 10.. which she was 15 minutes late for. So, I sat there while several people went ahead of me and one other lady who were the first two people at the door this am. Understood because we both needed a balance. At 11 after waiting for an hour Theresa gets up and looks at the book and says she has an appt at 11 and couldn't help me. She would call me when she was ready. Perhaps she could have looked at 1015 and told me than she couldn't help me till later instead of letting me sit there for an hour waiting for her. I have been doing my nails here since last august. I will never be back. So sad that people could care less about any sort of customer satisfaction. very disappointed. Read Less

There are serious State of Ohio Board of Cosmetology violations including: +Cleanliness: improper/lack of cleaning of instruments used to perform services. =Could spread disease or infection between clients. +Unlicensed Technicians improperly performing Services on the public. =Different person pictured on license than working in salon. +No Managing Nail Technician on staff for 5 hours during hours of operation. I haven't had artificial nails done for years now so I decided to turn to Yelp to help me find an affordable salon nearby that would do a good job. And it guided me to try Vogue nails. I think Theresa did a great job! She gave me exactly what I wanted and despite them being very busy, didn't make me feel rushed. There was quite a long wait, but for a sunny Saturday afternoon with a good business, I wouldn't expect anything less so I was willing to wait. And I'm glad I did! Read Less
