My daughter got a lovely summer Mayoral dress (circa. £38) from Annie Pink and the hem came loose after one wash - we got a replacement dress. She wore the replacement dress, I washed it, and the hem came loose again - there must be a fault with that style of dress. Took it back to the shop and the lady wasn't helpful, didn't offer to contact Mayoral or to even fix the hem but she was clear she wasn't giving me another dress so I'm left with a faulty dress. Feel very disappoi...nted in the service provided, when she states on her website "I will always endeavour to do my best for my customers...". The faulty dress wasn't the owner's fault but thought the customer service would have been better, especially because of how much the dress cost. I sent an email to try and come to an amicable agreement but the email was ignored. Very disappointed customer. See More

As a long term recently stopped nail biter I thought a manicure might help to strengthen my newly acquired nails. Fiona did a brilliant job and I'll definitely be back for more. The selection of baby wear and clothes was just fabby and I could spend a fortune on truly individual items. I might even go back and steal the baby and her gorgeous pram, lol

PERFECT!! I have been going to this salon for at least 12 years. I would not go anywhere else if you paid me! The salon is very clean, and the nail techs are very friendly and professional. They accept walk ins but appointments are recommended. I hardly ever have a broken nail and have never been able to just pop one off. These girls are the real deal and their work is well worth the money. They have just remodeled the salon and always have the latest and greatest products. Pay them a visit, you won't regret it!

Terrible. My girl couldn't manage to even take my former nail polish off. Then she painted my nails, but didn't get any of the sides of the nails. Also got stuff underneath the polish, which made it bumpy. Looks like a toddler did it-tacky and sloppy. When brought to her attention, she refused to do anything about it. To make matters worse, there is no manager to talk to. I wouldn't come back if it was free.

My daughter got a lovely summer Mayoral dress (circa. £38) from Annie Pink and the hem came loose after one wash - we got a replacement dress. She wore the replacement dress, I washed it, and the hem came loose again - there must be a fault with that style of dress. PERFECT!! I have been going to this salon for at least 12 years. I would not go anywhere else if you paid me! The salon is very clean, and the nail techs are very friendly and professional. Terrible. My girl couldn't manage to even take my former nail polish off. Then she painted my nails, but didn't get any of the sides of the nails. Also got stuff underneath the polish, which made it bumpy. Looks like a toddler did it-tacky and sloppy. When brought to her attention, she refused to do anything about it.
