I walked in on Sunday they were not that busy no one spoke to me I wrote my name down I sat and waited for 30 minutes no one said anything to me they took four or five people that walk in after me I finally said something she told me to hold her when she came back 10 minutes later and told me to wait another 20 minutes these women are rude no customer service experience at all all they had to say when I walked in they all looked at me all they had to say was hey we’re busy and I would’ve left but to say here and take people after I sign in and Not even get acknowledge me this place is was not friendly and I received no services so I finally left. Response to owner I am not sure that you looked at me on the surveillance camera because you can clearly see me walking in and no one speaking to me, I am actually someone that’s look for that, if someone spoke then I would just say someone spoke but no when did speak and as far as it being appointments I called in before hand and asked for price and if they had time that is the only reason why I had came to the shop and the fact that I sat there and waited and no one had the decency to speak to me, y’all may be great to your appointments people but you can just forget about other people that person sitting could have became a long time customer the girls in there from what I saw do nice work but the experience I had was not great at all, and frankly it was rude when I got there all they had to say was now we don’t have time but that didn’t happen and honestly if I wouldn’t have finally spoke up they would have kept me sitting there. So maybe this is a coaching opportunity for you the owner tell your staff speak to everyone and if there is an issue with everyone being busy then have some speak to the client and tell them that goes a long way, then you don’t have someone upset enough to feel like they need to submit a review for this. So, I am not really one to get my nails done too often, nor do I paint them often. I am not a fan of acrylic nails growing out or paint chipping after just 2-3 days of wear. I am good friends with Molly, and after a friend of mine posted an intricate design on my facebook, I decided to pay Molly a visit to see what she could do for me. The design I wanted was something from Sailor Moon (basically, the top part of her uniform with a bow in the middle). I made sure to have the design on my phone, and made my appointment. I got in fairly quick, and it didn't take her long to get the acrylic on my nails, making sure that they weren't too long since I do TaeKwonDo. We then went over to the gel nail polish station, and she began to polish my nails. The end result is absolutely amazing, and people love them! Molly did a fantastic job, and she made sure to let me know that in a few weeks, I would need to return to have my nails balanced if I wanted to keep the acrylic. Her prices are extremely affordable - so I've made my next appointment and can't wait to have my nails done again! Read Less

Again everyone has different opinions about different experiences. Ms Molly I have no reason to lie. So there was never an Angela that worked there and left. Hmmm looks like your the one who has a lying problem. I have no reason to lie. Why would you make such a long response explaining yourself. Secondly when people leave reviews it’s based on their experience and not everyone will have the same experience as another person. Just take the fact that some people like your shop and some don’t. Again when someone rates your shop you shouldn’t come back to accuse them of lying it’s not right. I have never reason to lie. You definitely don’t have competitor shops in the area a lot of places do way better nails than you guys do!!!! Good luck Ms Molly Just FYI I will defend my side of the Truth here. Read Less

I went to this place for a long time. The lady that did my nails left there. Which ended up a very childish unprofessional adult. I didn’t like a design she did and she took it personal and didn’t want to do my nails anymore. So needless to say I went to a couple of other girls in there and kept getting fungus and they blamed it on me. I’ve had acrylics over 20 years and never had an issue. GUESS WHAT as soon as I stopped going there my fungus disappeared. Which means they don’t clean properly. I’m not dumb!!! So I don’t recommend them to anyone. They don’t specialize in long nails either. Molly is a kind person but just had a weird vibe about her. Also when I stopped going there I heard they huge gossip session about me. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST. I will always be picky about my nails period I pay for them and they should look good!!! This is my opinion only but if you want a sloppy job done this is your place. I wish I could give this place more than one star, but I can't. Clearly this place has had many different owners through the years. I had always gone to this place, regardless of the new ownership. Anyway, I went in the first time, it was super busy nobody greeted me and I sat for an hour. Finally I just made an appointment and left. Went back for my appointment and STILL had to wait to be seen. I had acrylic done with gel overtop. Which I loved the photo I showed her that I wanted done. I had gotten white gel polish. It was a terrible job, not even at all. Not to mention one nail was crooked. so I let it go, thinking "I won't get white anymore and it'll be ok." So I go back 3 weeks later, a new girl does my nails. When I walked in, I heard the owner and the girl who did my nails talking. The one who did them said "uh. I guess I'll do this one". I was immediately taken back like well ok? She is removing the polish and filling in the acrylic. Paid very good attention to the detail of the nails (which was awesome!). After she finishes them I wash my hands, pick out my color and then tells me I have a nail fungus. Wait, what?! I have never ever had that happen in my 12-14 years of getting my nails done. Immediately I was confused on how it happened other than the tools not being sterilized. And why did you not tell me this BEFORE putting on more acrylic. I would have preferred to just take them off at that point had you told me prior to filling them. I never went back and took the nails off myself at home. I had to unfortunately treat the nail fungus with polish medication. Here I am 2 1/2 months later still waiting for it to grow out. I do not recommend going here. I will never return due to getting a fungus. Read Less

I stopped here on Friday to find a different nail salon from my usual place because I wanted a style with designs and I saw in the Yelp review pictures that they had some cute nail offerings. I will never return. I can't even do a review because I didn't stay to get my nails done. The shop was not that clean. I stayed and waited for an hour before leaving. During that hour, nobody greeted me or anything. I figured it was a busy Friday so I would be patient but an hour was a little Long with no hopes of getting done any time soon. Read Less

I give them 2 stars for the good pedicure April gave me, the worst customer service. To begin I called ahead at 1030 in the morning made an appt with Molly,my feet sat in water for an hour and that's giving them the 15 min for me being early. Molly nevwr came introduced herself or apologized for over booking and having me sitting in cold water. I requested someone else to finish. I smudged my nail when they were done ,I was told they would fix it,she put one coat on so while at register paying I noticed it needed another coat,I went again had to put the coat on myself. Now I could've asked someone but at that point that's like asking a doctor to perform the surgery he is trained to do correctly. ..why should I. I wanted a fullset but also wanted an option to protect my nail, none offered and told there really were none besides tips so I changed my mind and got up throughly disappointed with my experience. I rarely treat myself to a mani/pedi but it was a beautiful day and I had Spring Fever so decided to try this salon after reading lots of nice reviews on Yelp. I'm so glad I did - Porscha did an amazing job with my pedicure and gel manicure. She was friendly, attentive and careful. This is the BEST salon I've ever been to. Molly is the owner and also my nail tech and I have been coming to this shop for 4 years and every time I come I never know what I'm going to do and Molly just does my nails and I always love them. She's very professional and gets things done fast but also her nails are great quality. I haven't been anywhere else in the last 4 years because I have found my nail home. Everyone here is so friendly and she knows all of her regulars by name it's a great environment. The shop is all professional and she makes sure all customers wishes are met. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I've brought multiple people here over the years and everyone I brought here stayed and they refuse to go anywhere else. BOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!!! Read Less

I stopped here on a Friday evening, it was close to their closing time (I did not know this it was my 1st time) i just wanted to get a full set and fast cause i had unexpected plans for the night. the only thing I can really say good is that my service was fast and the place was clean, however the job the young lady did on my hands was awful. My nails are slanted, lumpy, and uneven. The polish seemed to be old because it was very thick and tacky. Trying to find a nail salon open on a Sunday is VERY difficult. I was driving through Reynoldsburg and stumbled upon this little salon. When I pulled up, I wasn't too sure since I had never visited but I was happy to try it out.I walked in for a pedicure and was seated right away with my feet to soak. It took about 17-18 minutes for someone to finally start (I only knew this because my massage was set for 20 min when I sat down). The woman assigned to me was nice. She wasn't chatty but I'm usually ok with that. The pedicure was basic and $30 and I was VERY pleased wit the outcome. She was careful and thorough. I love that. I don't need frills - just a solid job. I was super pleased and would come here again. The place was clean and tidy. Even the polish was organized in ROYGBIV color order! They accept credit cards and require a $10 minimum transaction - makes sense. Read Less

I really enjoyed it. There was a rude customer in there with her friend so I really felt bad for the workers but they stayed professional. Ignorant people like that should stay away.
