I had a terrible experience here and I refuse to go back! I went in for a full set with the mindset that it was only $30 (that’s what I was told when I described what I wanted) I had to wait for over 40 minutes when there was only ONE person ahead of me and two nail techs. Once I got in the chair the nail tech asked me if I wanted a balance and I told her “no, I asked for a full set.” Her response was “Honey, it’s going to be a longer wait and you’ll have to soak your nails for 30 minutes & it’ll be $15 extra.” At the time I got in the chair it was 6:45 pm and she said I wouldn’t be done until 9 pm. When I came in the shop they could have allowed me to sit and soak my nails while I was waiting instead of just sitting there and wasting my time. I’m also terrified of dogs and the last few times they had their dog walking around the shop after he made the shop smell like poop and sitting next to me after I expressed my concerns. I paid $103 after tip for a full dip set and a pedi with acrylic. I told him I wanted acrylic sculpted on my big toes. He insisted putting a tip on. So my toenails look super thick and he hurt me so bad. Got polish all on my skin. Burned me with the towel. But what I really upset about are my nails. I just got basic short stiletto nails with the dip powder. It’s ALL OVER cuticles with a big ledge on almost every nail. He never dusted my hands off the entire service and the paper towel under was dirty. You can see my natural nail on all the sides of every nail. Lazy job. Some nails are so thin on the top they’re transparent. I do hair for a living so I know that the towel should of been changed, and because of it not being clean there are different colors of glitter in my dip that shouldn’t be there. It’s from a previous client. Just irritated with the whole service. I tipped well because I live off of Tips to and I initially thought the nails looked OK but right after getting home I realize how big of a mess they are. The first time I came here I was very happy with the service and with how long my nails lasted. I went back weeks later for another set and they lasted less than a week. Started peeling from the edges. The man who did my nails was called in to work and was than thrilled to be there. Less than a week later I went back to have them fixed and was told to come and sit down, waited for ten minutes, then was told I could come back in an hour. I tip well and paid almost $50 for this service and my nails only lasted a few days. Then to be treated as if I was less important bc they had several people come in after me. When I moved from Miami FL I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find places that do nexgen/powder nails. This place is up the street from my house and they are the first place I stopped at and that do a fantastic dip!!! They are usually pretty busy but they do their best to get your nails soaking so you can at least get started. At past salons I was lucky to get 3 weeks out of my nails but here my nails last a month - the only reason I get them changed now is because they grow out. Prices aren't always consistent but they are similar to what I've paid at other salons in the past, and they have a large color selection which can be rare with powder. I will keep coming back as long as I am in the Columbus area! Read Less

The shop was clean and pretty, however I feel incredibly ripped off by this place. I came here from out of town, and I am a nail tech where I'm from so I know how things are supposed to go. Me and my girlfriend got the deluxe $45 pedicure - where there was a half-assed very short massage. The woman left the hot towels on my legs for half an hour and they got very cold and uncomfortable. My girlfriend and I both left with bleeding toes because the women working on us filed way too hard and didn't stop the procedure or ask if we were okay, they completely ignored the fact that we were bleeding and put our feet back in the water. Gross. My toes are still sore almost a week later. If you want a rushed, half assed and careless pedicure, come on down. Otherwise, go get a better pedicure somewhere else for ten dollars less. First time I tried this place today. They opened at Noon, I arrived at 12:30 and was told there was a 45 minute wait for a pedicure. I put my name on the list and had a seat. 45 minutes later, I was asked to sit at a pedicure chair. 45 minutes later I was still at the pedicure chair, my water was freezing, no one had even checked on me, and I watched them finish up 2 other pedicures and dry the basin out with a towel, still not one word to me. I got really disgusted about not seeing them clean out anything, that I immediately took my feet out of the basin, slapped my sandals on and left. An hour and a half of my life I'll never get back, and praying that my immune system is strong enough to ward off any fungus' lurking where my feet soaked for almost an hour! Stay far far away! p.s. I don't care how busy you are, NEVER LET CUSTOMERS NOT SEE YOU CLEAN AND DISINFECT!!! Read Less

I'm extremely picky when it comes to anything beauty. I took my little ladies out for a mini girls day and this was one of few places open on a Sunday after 3pm. I was really impressed with the decor. The shop is extremely clean!! I almost wanted to get my nails done but I had an appointment elsewhere in a few days.  Someone greeted us upon entry and when I told her what I wanted done, she ushered my nieces to their seats. A lot of places aren't very thrilled to see kids but they made my little girl feel so special.. she almost didn't touch anything till we got home! Big deal for a 7yr old! I've been looking for a nail salon for three months now (just moved to Ohio from Chicago). Upon my arrival to each nail salon I show a picture from Pinterest of how I want my nails to look and every time I leave disappointed and paying for something I don't want (and highly dislike). That is not the case here!!!! I was rude (tired of paying for a terrible mani) and Kim was sweet and understanding. Kim did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. Very respectful, very fun, very clean... if you want a manicure nicer than you can do yourself and want your money's worth, then please give this place a try. I am happy to pay for this service... So I'm going to start off by saying I am the type of person who doesn't normally say anything if something is bad but I was in absolute awe. I was there for nearly 3 hours from when I sat down at the bowl and had my pedicure started till my gel polish was done. So my pedicure was somewhat ok. They didn't do anything to scrub my heel or anything after I upgraded to a more expensive pedicure then put the hot towel around my leg I said it was too hot and he pressed it into my legs .. From there the guy put my sandals on to do my polish. Well I asked for just black polish on my toes next thing I know he's trying to put gel on my toes... Not what I asked for. So he switched to regular polish and Somehow ended up with a black gob of polish on my shoe... Not happy. From there i moved to get my fingernails done everyone's doing that chrome color and he says okay no problem we will do a black gel then we go over it. First he starts clipping my nails and cuts one obscurely short to where it is uncomfortable. As he starts filing he rips half my pinky nail off and just tries to glue it back together,  as he is doing my cuticle he makes me start bleeding. Then he starts the gel and skips the base coat altogether. They start talking and he takes it off to start over and rebuffs everything and redoes my nail color. So here I am and he's saying I'm done and I have plain black fingernails... Not what I asked. I said I wanted chrome and he offered for me to pay to redo them. There is polish all over my fingers and toes and the gel is bubbly, and here I am two days later and three nails have peeled off. I think I'll find somewhere else Read Less

I wasn't happy with the service, my polish wasn't sharp and neat. They painted my cuticles and didn't use a new bag of utensils. I won't be back. They kept smearing my nail polish on my toes. I could've had my daughter paint my nails with better results and she's 9 and does better work lol. The lady didn't even talk to me the whole time I sat there. And it was too pricey for what you get. Pedicure was OK, though overpriced for a "deluxe" pedi. Manicure with gel polish was a nightmare. Technician used her THUMBNAIL to push back my cuticles, nails were filed unevenly, and  then she unevenly applied the gel polish, even coating my  cuticles. The polish bubbled up and started peeling within a day. I went back the next day to complain and ask for it to be redone by a different tech, but apparently that was not an option. They kept me waiting for over two hours, not even making eye contact while I waited. I asked for the gel polish to be removed and replaced with clear, and then I got the heck out of there. I won't be going back. Premium prices for a shoddy service....what a shame. Read Less

This place is dirty. While I was walking, I was stepping on something crunchy all the way to he pedi bowl. Im assuming it was nail clippings. The lady that did my pedi cut my cuticles and I bled. Not a good experience. Read Less
