I unfortunately am very disappointed with the service I received from here. I waited close to an hour before I was able to be seen, which would have been fine with me if the manicure I received had been decent. I purchased a powder manicure because they are known to last for 3+ weeks and my previous one from a different salon lasted 3 weeks with no chips or cracks. The manicure I received from here lasted 5 days before it started to crack. During the manicure, when asked what shape I wanted my nails I asked for an almond shape. My girl got halfway done trimming and filing and then told me that it would be an extra charge because I wanted her to do this (and obviously I didn’t want half of my nails to be a different shape and length so I told her it was fine). I’m not sure if it is normal for the nail to be shaved off for a powder manicure because it was only my second one, but now my nails are extremely thin and cracked. Once my nails grow completely out, I’m going to go back to only getting gel manicures from now on because of this. This manicure ended up being a waste of money and an afternoon. I was referred to go here by a friend who has gone here for years and always been satisfied to my knowledge, which makes my experience even more disappointing. I will not be coming back. Read Less

Save your money do not go here they appear to be nice at first but then when they make a mistake they refuse to fix it without charging you a second time to fix their mistake. Just bad customer service. I am really dissatisfied with the job that they did with my nails and instead of them choosing to fix it they told me they would charge me another $30 to reshape the mess up that they did on my nails. This is an honest review. If you're looking for a place where you can get a pedicure for spa price that will chip the next day (and everyday after that) and the only conversation that goes on in the entire shop is in between the employees in a different language, this is the place for you. It is VERY unprofessional to close before your stated business hours without prior notice.  I arrived at 4:30, WELL before posted closing hour of 6:30 pm, to find the salon closed, yet staff still inside. I called to inquire and was told they closed early because they were very slow.  One would expect a business to be slower during business hours, as I imagine many of its patrons work and cannot get there until closer to their closing hours.  It is a walk-in salon, but as a regular customer of several years and given the circumstance, I expected some sort of accommodation to be made.  As such, I asked to schedule an appointment upon opening, the next business day, but I was wrong in expecting any accommodation.  They stated they are a walk-in salon only and advised to arrive a half hour prior to their opening time and wait. This has to be my new favorite nail salon!  It's super clean, the staff is very hospitable, and it's very welcoming!  I have gone to several different salons to get a full set of acrylics, and usually my nails ache for 2 days after getting them.  Not this time!  She didn't grind my cuticles to hamburger either, which usually happens! I have mixed feelings about this salon. I want to start by saying my nail tech was very polite, the main reason for my negative review is due to a miscommunication on the salons part. I had called prior to going to ask if they carried the color changing gel polish to which the male at the salon said "yes, $20." I thought that was great and that I would give it a try since it's closer than my normal salon. I arrived only to find out that they DO NOT carry the color changing polish. I needed to get them done today as I can't have chipped polish for work. I selected 3 colors and opted for a polka dot design. I also opted for a manicure as well. I knew this would be more than $20 with the manicure and such but it was like being nickel and dimed for the simplest design. They tried to charge me $10 for polka dots on 4 fingers, bringing my total to $45 for GEL!! I told them to forget the design as I'm not paying $45 for something I didn't want. (I wanted color changing polish, as the male stated they did have.) now I'm stuck with plain nails, random colors that don't match and the thumb nail is sloppy. Like I said I have mixed feelings, the nail tech was very polite and my nails aren't chipped anymore so that's good. Just very frustrated with the miscommunication. For now on I will make the drive to Vivi nails in canal, where you can get colors and a design for $23! Read Less

I will never return here. I went in one day and saw a lady getting her nails done when her teach got up went to the back and then left. He left her sitting there and did not say anyone would finish the job or not. Did not even tell her he was going to lunch. After watching this happen the lady asked how long before I get them finished and another nail tech came in and told her he was not sure when it would be finished. I was asked to wait and left sitting there while employees was sitting in the back chit chat. They were not busy at all, the tech did not talk to me instead she was talking to her staff in their language, top it off I was over charges for a fullset with polish only $33.
