I came here the first time out of convenience. I have continued to come here for the past 10-12 years bc they are friendly, efficient, clean and reasonably priced. Have I tried other nail salons? Yes, but I always come back here. I used to live about a Mike away but moved about 9 mikes away. Although I pass at least 10 other salons, I still make the drive to come back here. They have a ton of colors to choose from!  If you don't see it here, the color just doesn't exist! I love how clean they are. They line the bowl for each pedicure customer with a new plastic bag insert which assures the customers of a hygienic soak. The tools, also, are soaked in a solution designed to kill germs and the manicurists all wear gloves while doing the pedicures. Again, I love the cleanliness practices they have here. I have always been happy with their work here. They even talked me into branching out and trying something other than my usual pale pink and now there's just about no color I won't try, all thanks to the wonderful people at Luxury Nails. Decent: I was going to another salon much further from my home when someone convinced me to try this place out. I have been here 5-6 times since then, it's not amazing but it's also not the worst. It is in a convenient location with a lot of parking. The wait for service has never been too bad, even on a Saturday I only waited about 30 minutes. There are a few nail techs who work there who are awesome. I can't remember their names unfortunately. There is also one or two who are really bad. There is one older gentleman who works there who cut me multiple times after I told him my cuticles are sensitive. No apology, he didn't even add the drops to my cuts to stop the bleeding just kept going. I'll keep going back for now because it is convenient and quick. Read Less

I will not be back to this nail shop...I put up with them for at least 6mpnths b/c they were in a convenient location for me but I continually had to ignore unfriendly behavior, aggressiveness and rushing through the process. Me asking them to redo or fix while I’m there. This last time I thought they would extent customer service to me b/c I was there the day before and my nail broke the very next day. Had them redo it and this is what I got...an uneven, nail in all ways that could be imagined and a snarky attitude when asked to fix. But she filed them so narrow that there was nothing she could do. I was so emotionally drained all I could do was leave. I AM DONE. I know they may not care about me not coming to them again, but I do b/c I’m so big on customer service and how we treat one another when giving and receiving a service. Read Less

Staff was friendly but service was terrible. I took my younger sister with me, we both got pedicures. Her polish was peeling within 48hrs and my foot was cut open on the bottom, and I got an infection on my toe. Would it recommend. Read Less

Good people. EDIT I don't know why people are saying the staff is rude. Personally, all of them have been nothing but sweet to me. I've been going for several years now. When my mother became seriously ill, they always asked about her. When she was up to going out and about with me , we'd sometimes go there, and they would GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help her and make it easy on her. When she passed away about 4 months ago and the staff found out, they were sad and sympathetic. Maybe remember that the staff are indeed humans and deserve to be treated with respect just like we the customer expect to be. I understand that nails are expensive, and we pay for these services with our money - try not being snotty and snobby and stuck up. They are providing a service that is completely optional. There are rules and policy that they need to follow, so when you don't get your way, don't throw a fit. They are a chain in a company. Put your big person pants on and stop piddeling yourself. Son or nickname (Sky) did my nails and pedicuretoday. He is fantastic, I have been getting this done for years and he does by far the best of anyone that has ever done themhappy camperhereI would highly recommend him. He just started at this location recently. He will probably be very busy when people find out about him. I was there on a Tuesday and not busy but he said towards of end of week and Sat. it will be. They are closed on Sunday. He may not talk much butthat's ok ~ he's focusing on the job! I had the pink and white and I liked he doesn't put those artificial incerts in the end (just uses the powder).The cost was less than where I went before. I have been going to luxury nails my Daughter and my self up until it was tolerable some of the staff is nice by for the most part they speak in their language right in front of you as if they are talking about you which is Rude , again because of a few of the women there that is really kind we endured. Well today was the last straw the guy who was doing my daughers deer was so Rude we had to walk out. We went waited as we do a lady asked what we we're getting done she told us to pick out color I got mine well my Daughter was picking her the guy who was doing her came about 3 minutes later she was still looking he asked was She ready cause if she wasn't he would take some one else cause people were waiting when is it a crime to wait we walked out He was the epitome of rude just that quick people will let repeat money walk out the door because of their attutide all because you can't wait a few extra mintues Read Less

When I was greeted, I was told to sit in one chair. They then asked me to move to a different seat. They then moved me to a different station for a third time. After my gel nails were completed, I got home and the edge of my thumbnail broke off. Not even 3 days later, a different finger nail broke off on the side as well. "Luxury" is an overstatement when it comes to this nail shop. Employees were rude. The man that did my nails complained that I wanted sculpts. He didn't clean the table before I sat down so there was nail dust all over it from the previous client. They don't lay a towel down or anything for you to rest your hands. Just a crusty, unsanitary table. I asked for stiletto nails and he had clearly never done them before. He left them rounded at the tip and he drilled so deep under the nail that they all snapped off a week later. He didn't ask if I was satisfied. He didn't buff my nails. He didn't apply cuticle oil. He just didn't care and that's sad. Put some love into your work, man! I will never go back and I will warn all of my friends and my salon clientele to steer clear of this place!!!! Read Less

I went to Luxury Nails to get a gel manicure for my wedding. It was my first time in a nail salon, but the technician walked me through the process and even gave me advice on which polish to choose. ***To the men...Consider this as an example of hiring a contractor to do work for you. Technically your barber, chiropractor, Doctor, massage therapist, are all contractors. People you hire to perform a service. I can cut my own nails. I choose to hire someone to do a better, more professional job once in a while. They have tools and skills that I do not wish to invest in. Relax, and enjoy it. You will not be sorry you tried it. Then you will find a reason to go again.We have been coming here for years. We may try something else, but always come back. You should first know there are no appointments. Walk-in only. Closed Sundays. Located in a strip plaza connected to Target and Office Max. Plenty of parking in the lot. I primarily use them for pedicures and the occasional manicure for special events. My wife loves the selection and quality of nail polish. For me it's just the clear polish. Evening hours are best to get in, and get the best service. Now she feels the men do the best job, and maybe that is why they are up front doing the manicures. I always get the women for the pedicures. Standard foot bath and massage chairs with remote control face a TV. I believe there were 7 chairs. After visiting the Polaris Comfort Zone, I can assure you that this is a circulation massage, not a foot massage. My feet always look great, and get some much needed special attention. Prices are very reasonable. It's reasonable, that we often pick up a gift certificate to give. *You may see my toe photo, after 24 hours, I was unsatisfied with the look of my smiley face. I went in to get a pedicure as well as a balance on my acrylic nails plus get gel polish. We arrived around 10am and it already busy as it was a nice day out. We were sat in chairs within about 15 minutes. I was pleased with the outcome of the pedicure. My nails turned out great as well. I felt they did a nice job and were nice throughout as well.
