Awkwardly quiet The lady messed up on a couple of my nails didnt glue the thumb nail all the way down i said something she said she would fix it and it came out worse, and my ring finger on my left hand already looks like it needs a balance she didnt do the gel coating to the bottom. She didnt remove my old gelish nail correctly...I can still see the white edge through the color polish...one of my nails are bumpy...as soon as another customer came in....I felt she rushed to get me finished and as soon as I looked at them closely, easy to see by the polish job...my feel was correct. Then when checking out, I had a coupon for 15% off service when done on Wednesday....I was told that was not correct as they didnt charge me for the removal of the old gelish....this was never said when I called to ask about services...and I even asked about removal...a.dWas told no charge...I felt like it was a slow day...and tbey were making it up as they went along...would never go back! They only have one person that knows how to do the gel nail polish application, but still allowed someone who had no idea what she was doing to do my manicure. They only have one machine, but didn't tell me and my friend that until after we had already started on my friend. The girl doing my nails messed up and had to have someone come fix it.
