Brittany is awesome! Like others,  I had been looking for a new hairdresser. I had gone to the previous location and followed her to the Salons of Powell. Based on the great Yelp reviews, I decided to try Brittany Allen at Salons of Powell and I'm so glad I did.  I moved to Columbus in November and went to a different hair salon in the area and was never satisfied with my cut, color or blow dry.  I didn't think I'd be able to find a hair stylist that I would be so happy with until I went to Brittany. The cut, color and style she did on my hair is fantastic. The products she used were amazing.... My hair smells so good from Caviar. The Salons of Powell is a very clean and comfortable place. I am new to the area and had to find a stylist fast. Brittany Allen cut and highlighted my hair just how I wanted it. All of the ladies at the Salons of Powell are some of the best in the industry. Brittany Allen has been doing my hair and the majority of my friends & family's hair, for over year now.  From color, to blowouts, special occasion styling and hair cuts there isn't anything Brittany can't do.   You will LOVE her and your hair :)Sarah K- also at the Salons of Powell is the best hair extension expert you will ever meet. Her work and skill are impeccable.  Extensions are not a cheap investment, but extensions done by Sarah are worth every penny.  I'll never have anyone else do them except Sarah.I've also had a manicure/pedicure with Stephanie and it was one of the best mani/pedis I've ever had.  Love this place. My hair cut by Allyce is the best my hair has looked in years! I have lived in Powell for a year now, I tried Penzones, Kenneth's and even made the two hour trip back to my home town because I was not finding the experience and talent that this stay at home mom needs! I was looking for style and something easy to do, and that is exactly what she gave me. She listened to everything I wanted and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I started going to Brittany when she used to be at J. Bentley's in Powell. She recently moved to Salons at Powell. I have been going to her for about 4 years for my hair services. I love her! Brittany is very talented. When I first started going to her, I had her cut it in a short angled (or stacked) bob. It is hard to find someone who knows how to do that cut but she does it perfectly. Since then, I have been growing my hair out. Brittany has gotten me through that terrible growing out phase (you know the one....right when it starts hitting the back of your neck and drives you crazy). My hair is now half way down my back and I love it. I've never had long hair because it is so thick. Brittany does an amazing job of texturizing my hair perfectly. I do not typically color my hair but have had her color it a few times and she does an amazing job with color too. She also cuts my 5 year old daughters hair. I highly recommend Brittany. I have recommended her to several of my girlfriends.The salon is an old house that has been converted into a salon. It is very charming, trendy and cozy. There is plenty of parking. I've never had to wait. Brittany makes her schedule and never appears to be over booked.Check her out, you will not be disappointed. Read Less
