I left with more polish on my fingers than my nails. Nails are not filed well, almost cut myself with them. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. I took a chance trying this place again because the girl that usually does my nails moved. I went in and it took an hour for a simple polish change and my nails look hideous. The girl had polish all over both of our hands! They are so bad I have to go somewhere else and get them redone. I can't believe anyone would go here. I figured May be it was just one tech that was bad but it is all of them. I just need my nails painted, not my hands! Should be a simple task considering all the services that they claim to offer. Currently experiencing the worst customer service I've ever had. I asked how long the wait for a pedicure was and they told there was none. I picked out my color and starting soaking. My feet have been in the same bowl of water for 1 hour! The water is cold and they keep working on people that came in after me. I had an appointment set with a friend of mine- which did not start until a half an hour after the set time. We both got the dip powder nails and although we were sitting next to each other- we got very different procedures done. My girl was rude and only did about half the things the other manicurist did. When I questioned why the color seemed so much lighter than I expected she told me they only dip once and it was my choice. It's been only 2 days and I have chipped nails already for a $50 service. This was the worst dip powder nail experience I have ever had. My appointment started half an hour later than I had reserved and the girls were very rude. They even face timed someone while doing the service. When I mentioned that I thought the color would be darker I was told it was my fault for the color I picked. I stumbled upon this gem and am so happy I did.  I love each of the nail techs here, all very good at what they do. I always leave with beautiful nails and toes. Highly recommend. Warning they do get busy during times like prom and homecoming but always worth the wait! Read Less

NEVER GET YOUR BROWS DONE HERE! I've had nails done here and it was fine. Terrible customer service, and the nail tech was kind of rude. But it was cheap and fine enough quality. But...I just had my brows done here and am furious. I waited a full 20 minutes before anyone in the spa even acknowledged that I was there. Then, the woman didn't ask me any questions about preference, just went straight in and slapped wax on my face. She completely changed the shape which I did not want. Not only that, but they aren't even! My left brow is a completely different shape/arch than my right! Not even worth the $12. I'd pay $100 to never come back here. Read Less

Horrible. Never get your acrylics removed here. They WILL destroy your nails. This was the first time I went here so I can't comment on their other services. The lady filed my nails down so much that the nail can bend completely with slight pressure. It hurt so bad. I just wished that I had the same great experience that other yelpers had. Read Less

It's a nice salon and the pedicure is genuinely great...but the service leaves something to be desire.  They've shared several times that they have availability only to have you come wait (25+ minutes isn't uncommon, despite setting an appointment). Last time I was there, two of the massage chairs were broken - being told that "sometimes they work, sometimes they won't..." The second chair left a kneading massage piece in the middle of my back. I stopped here with a friend and all the reviews are spot on.  She got a shellac manicure and I got a pedicure. Tracy and Han were really nice and did great jobs for both of us.  Very professional and detail oriented. Will definitely go back! Read Less

I went to Creative Nails Spa yesterday for the first time, and I must say Tracie gave me the best pedicure I've had since I moved to Columbus.The salon had an upscale feel to it when I walked in -- nice lighting, beautiful decor, and everything was spotless.  I was greeted immediately and within a couple of minutes was soaking my feet in a love spa pedicure massager chair.  I got the Creative Deluxe pedicure, and it was wonderful.  Even better, it was the most reasonably-priced pedicure I've found in town yet, considering how comprehensive it was:  mineral soak, foot/leg massage, therapeutic mud wrap with hot towels .... heaven.I highly recommend Creative Nails Spa in Powell for an excellent pedicure at a reasonable price.
