You can't afford to waste $$ on this place. Worst I've experienced in 30 years! They use cheap product and dirty nail tools that spread fungus, something I have never had in my life. First, I just moved here and tried CK nails. I found it overpriced and rude. So I checked this place out and got a full set. They're definitely cheaper, but the guy had no idea what he was doing when it came to a coffin nail shape. I even had a picture out the whole time. Then thank god, a lady came to fix it. She was sweet but I still had to repaint and file into the shape I wanted after I got home. Then two weeks later (and $25 every 2 weeks is garbage, no one could afford to look that cheap for that much $$) while wrapping christmas gifts, two pooped off within one hour of each other. I went back, a little pissed to be honest. But I'm not rude to people keven in the slightest so I smiled and explained the situation. This time I got a dude --who honestly made me uncomfortable the whole time. And I had a dirty spot on my thumb (or so I thought) and he filed it down and proceeded to tell me they wont come off again. It's two weeks later, they all started to crack near the cuticle and became split under the nail too. I knew they'd pop off so I went back to CK nails due to time. She took one look at them and told me they used terrible acrylic... and they didn't put that stuff down that makes the acrylic adhere to the nail. And when she took my thumb off, boom, huge disgusting green fungus spot. Never go here, it cost me $50 not even including the $17 in tips plus ugly ass nails for a week maybe more. For nothing. I've been here twice now and both times were fantastic! I have received a mani/pedi from two different ladies now and they were both excellent. Dee was the first and I forgot to get the other woman's name. Cheyanne gave my fiancé an amazing pedicure as well. I have been coming here for a year. The staff is always friendly, but professional. The salon is always clean, their pedicures (by Sunny) are relaxing and I've always been pleased with her work. I have acrylic nails, and I'm very pleased with the balances I get (by Tony and by Thai).They have recently installed new pedicure chairs, and they are VERY comfortable.In addition, they take walk-ins, and I have NEVER waited more than 10 minutes, and it's usually less. Their prices are very reasonable.I've had my nails done elsewhere. Specifically, at Charles Penzone, and Penzone's work is no better than Secret Nails', at probably close to a third of the price. It's not a 'luxury' salon, but I don't mind at all, because that keeps their costs (and prices!) low.I highly recommend Secret Nails and Foot Spa, located in Pickerington, Ohio, on Hill Rd. I have visited a handful of times and have had a just "ok" experienc. I visited this place the beginning of October for a Gel pedicure. There was a younger girl maybe in her early twenties and another woman who serviced myself and another patron. These two ladies laughed and joked the whole time, in their language. As they laughed they would look up at myself and the other patron which made us both visibly uncomfortable. I will never return to this salon again Read Less
