So I got my nails balanced and an exclusive pesi on Sunday with gel. I noticed on Monday evening that there was a huge gap between my nail and the acrylic and bumps on my big toes (in the Polish). Worried about water getting in I call on Tuesday to schedule an appointment to have them fix their mistakes. When I get there I sit down, nobody greets me. Then I hear someone tell one of the techs to please check me in. He proceeds to yell over everyone "do you have an appointment?" I yell back"Yes" he asks what for "a nail fix". He then yells again " do you have an appointment?" I responded and then he tells me it will be awhile he is finishing up. Am I wrong or is that terribly unprofessional and ride. I got my nails done for my birthday Jonny was a really nice guy. I had a $5 coupon my nails cost $35 I was charged almost $38 do the math. Which was so weird..... Ok.... fast forward I did acrylic nails two days after I did it tho tips to broke off I came in Jonny fixed it and repainted all my nails which was nice of him for free. But after a few days three more broke, I called and they said I had to pay $25 to refix the three. That $25 will get me brand new nails done at a different place. I went there and it is so clean and peaceful. The color choices are so nice looking and i like how they have a separate room for the powder so it doesn't stink up the place. The nail art they do is fabulous! I recommend this salon! (Best one I've visited so far) The music is the best. It does take a while but that's because they are professional. I decided to try this place out after all the great reviews and i was disappointed. Though the place was clean and nice my gel nail polish was chipping away the day after I got it like it was regular nail polish I’ve never seen Gel polish do anything like it did. I went in two days later to get it fixed and they seemed to have an attitude about fixing it after my hour wait they finally did it two days later the nails are breaking and the gel nail polish is chipping at the ends again. My guess is that the gel nail polish is either cheap or doesn’t work that well and they didn’t apply the acrylic that great either if it’s breaking in four days. I will not be going back and if I could give it no stars I would. Don’t Waste $50 or more dollars at this place Read Less

I've been looking for a nail salon I've liked since I moved to the area a few months ago. I saw Posh while driving and decided to give it a try. I was pleased that I was checked in immediately and there was no wait. I didn't catch the nail of the girl who did my nails but she was super nice and did an excellent job. Just moved to Pickerington two months ago and needed to find a new nail salon to go to regularly-- I'm so glad I found posh! They do such a great job and everyone here is so friendly! The only thing I will say is to not expect to get your nails done on a walk-in. This place was nice and clean, and the nail techs were entertaining and hilarious. I was able to walk right in and get a gel manicure. They don't use a Dremel tool to remove old gel so it took a little longer to remove the old gel from my nails. But I suppose that is healthier for them :) My nails look great! Read Less

I used to go to Vogue Nails which I lived however the waits were sometimes 1-2 hours. At Posh Nails they take appointments and walk-ins!  No wait. I also followed nail tech Sheila who moved to Posh. Joy + Posh= PERFECTION!! I literally had one of the most stressful week of all, but this evening's visit made my day! It was last minute and close toclosing, but Joy took me in and took such good care of me. She helped me picked out the prettiest Royal Purple and she took the time to perfect each finger! I stopped in on a whim because my usual salon was closed and I desperately needed my acrylics filled. I've been to the Posh! in New Albany (and LOVE it) but I got a Groupon (too good to pass up) for the Pickerington location. While it took a little bit longer to get greeted, I was able to notice the layout of the salon. I really liked how close everything was so my girlfriend and I were able to chat while we were getting our mani/pedi. The pedi was a classic. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant. Talkative, relatable. The color choices were awesome. I went with a bright red and they looked perfect. Even after a smudge from my sandal (totally my fault, can't walk after pampering :)), he fixed it without hesitation. My French mani was gel. He really took his time and it is noticeable. Posh! Nails.. I came in with my niece and was greeted instantly and the girl who took care of us was Molly. She gave me an manicure and my niece an pedicure. First let's start off with the place. Being that it was brand new and equipment, tables and pedicure chairs all were functioning and full of people waiting for service and being served. It was def an step up from other nail salons with being so modern and having its own character and ambience. Soft music playing in the background on pandora nothing offensive. Smooth and soothing while I was there. All, the instruments appear to be clean and brand new. They had an washer and dryer, an hot towel dispenser. And an full selection of products and "clean towels" the soap to wash your hands was buttery soft. I actually asked about the soap "laugh out loud" compared to anything else. But I'm not much of an person who gets weekly service. My manicure was EXCELLENT! Molly took the time out to ask me what shape I needed my nails, how short, offered me water before the service, placed clean instruments and towels to use. She put her cell phone away and dialed in on me and the service I asked for. First by clipping my nails, shaping them and than my favorite clipping my cuticles and WOW her little hands were working the hang nails off my fingers. I couldn't believe what fingers I was looking at. They were so clean and fresh. Than she proceeded with the buffing and asked to me to wash my hand. Gave me cuticle oil which had an beautiful scent to it. It was super citrusy. And I guess this is what people rave about are the massages.. And Molly did not disappoint she cracked my fingers and softly massaged my fingers and hand it was great. I think every guy that uses his hand a lot for work should consider an manicure from Molly. Clean nails, dirt cleaned underneath the nail plate and lotion to top it off. Amazing feeling afterwards. I put my ring on and my watch back on and boy it sure complimented my clean hands. This is a luxury to me not something I can afford to get all the time but sure enough I will be returning to Posh! Everyone was so full of energy and nice. I felt right at home. If your in the neighborhood you should def try this place its new and it has something to offer versus other places its people are what makes them stand out to me. My niece loved her pedicure she didn't feel rushed and Molly did an nice job on the polish and massage. Now that's full service. We were out in less than an out. Had the conversation flowing as well.
