I don't recommend this place. Save your money and go to Posh Nails where they actually do a good job. I got my nails done at Posh for a month long trip in Europe and my gel stayed without a chip the entire month! When I got my nails done here last week, it stayed on for 2-3 days and that's it. I just had the absolute WOST expierence at nails by Kim. Lene did a full set arclic and rushed through the entire time because he had another customer sitting in the pedicure seat. Burnt me multiple times to where I literally said ouch out loud and he completely disregarded it never once apologized. When he put the powder on he made them extremely thick and he got it all over my actual skin. He clearly could tell I was unhappy and still never said a single word. I literally just left with thick uneven nail. I didn't have them paint them or anything now I have to try and shave the nail down myself. I will NEVER be going back here again and I highly suggest no one tries this place. Still never even asking me if I liked the shape or anything and just got up and went to the next customer. I'm livid and I've been getting my nails done for years. Extremely unprofessional and careless. Worst nail place ever! Read Less

Found this place by accident. Did a FANTASTIC job on my nails. I pulled up a picture from Pinterest of nail art and she recreated it and actually did a better job than the picture. I will not go to another salon. Best nail salon in my book.Read Less

I always do my own gel nails. I wanted to treat myself so I came here for a manicure and pedicure.  They were busy.  I had an appointment.  I felt very rushed. I was unable to pick out my toe color from the wall as they already put me in a chair before telling me to pick a color, so I had a limited selection to choose from.  My gel polish (3 days later) is already peeling up from the cuticle. I called to see what they could do as far as refunds or another manicure and they said they like to see it and they would fix the ones that are peeling up. Since I work full time and have a family, I'm unable to go in....$30 down the drain. Not very happy. Read Less

Very disappointed. I gave two stars because Kim was super sweet and patient. Problem is I went in to get a full Solar set, she talked me into something else, my sister and I were in there for three hours and 30 mins after we left my nail broke, two days later one fell off and took my real nail with it, a few days after that another one broke and caused bleeding again. Paid $50 for nails that didn't last and after I called they refused a refund and just offered to fix them, I don't want a fix anywhere from a nail salon that caused so much pain just to go through it again. What a great salon! Super clean and all the staff are friendly. They do their best to accomodate walk-ins as well. I got a gel manicure from Kim and it lasted for over 3 weeks and still looked fabulous. Looking forward to a pedicure. Read Less

My daughter and I stopped in for a mommy and me day. We both got manicures. Kim was super helpful and friendly.  She took her time with my nails, and they look amazing.  I didn't get the name of the man who did my daughters nails, but they look like fake nails! He shaped them perfectly and the Polish job was excellent.  My daughter was so happy she showed them off to everyone.  The prices are reasonable, shop is super clean. We definitely will be back. Kim truly takes care of her guest. The salon is clean and pleasing to the eye. Kim herself did my nails. I get Gel Powder, most salons don't carry it but she does. She changed drill bits for pain free service. Kim is one of two nail technicians ever to do my nails and have hers done also. Kim takes her time and does the nail technique perfect.  Thanks Kim. I was in the neighborhood for work, and decided this place looked as good as any for a quick manicure. It was clean and the staff is friendly and thorough. I had gel removed before a new gel manicure. There is a nice polish selection and my total was $32.50- an appropriate price to pay for the lovely service and results! Read Less
