I had scheduled at 3:00 and a 3:30 appointment for my mom and I but our schedule cleared up earlier than expected. One lady treated us very poorly because we were there early, she said "you're an hour early so...?" And we asked if there was anything available earlier than our appointments and she said "well after I finish eating lunch I'll help you" which was completely fine we wanted her to take her time. My mom was scheduled with someone else but the lady said "I can just take you too" my mom said are you sure and the lady responded with "I wouldn't have asked if I wasn't sure" in a snarky, rude way. We left and I was texted by the lady my mom had an appointment with and she said she forgot to take herself off of the schedule and that she would not be in today. Will not be returning. The staff was very kind and personable, and our pedicures were AMAZING. The parafin wax soak and hot stone massage were both so relaxing! When we first arrived no one greeted us or acknowledged that we were even there for at least 5 minutes. We got manicures with gel polish which turned out to barely be a manicure. My nails were all uneven and barely shaped. My manicure chipped on multiple fingers within 4 days. Overall very little time and effort was put into our appointments. My nails were wrecked from another nail bar when I first went to see Sarah, with her help and IBX...and a lot of patience....after a year she got my nails looking amazing. If you are able to get your nails done by Sarah you are very lucky, her appointments are like gold dust! Sarah is an amazing person with the heart and passion for nails. She does amazing free hand paint work and can do any design or crazy idea you give to her. You will always walk out an amazing set of nails and a big smile on your face. Sarah is an extremely talented nail technician. Her freehand nail designs are brilliant. I had my nails done for three years and was never once unhappy. I went to see Disty after getting a groupon for a gel mani! My nails turned out nice but I would say it was a pretty average service. Just an FYI for anyone planning to buy the groupon- her gel manicure does NOT include any soaking, hand massage, etc. It was equivalent to a 'gel polish' at any other salon I've been to(file, cut cuticles, Polish). I have no complaints but it wasn't anything special enough for me to drive a little outside of Columbus for! Would recommend if you're in the pickerington area. Read Less

Rachel has been doing my hair for over a year now and she always manages to get it just right. She keeps up to date with the most "in" style and is always open to feedback. I do not recommend this "business" if you'd like to be treated kindly. The owner was extremely offensive and unprofessional. I was there with a bridal party and there were only 3 people available to complete hair and makeup for 9 girls. The owner consistently spoke negative about other bridal parties that had been there before... Rude. Oh and the makeup was awful. Should have done it myself. Read Less

The technicians were not rude however were hurrying to go home at the end of a bridal party and my manicure was rushed. As a result of this carelessness, 3 of my fingers ended up with cuts and still painful 2 days later.  I was bleeding for the rest of the day from my fingers.The manicure was poorly completed with lack of attention to care of the cuticle. Love this place! I have been seeing Dianne Boyd (hair stylist) for over 10 years (at multiple locations), and she's phenomenal; very trendy & knowledgeable about her trade. She also cuts my toddler's hair. The owner has done my nails multiple times, and she's just as amazing. Everyone is very kind & professional. Moxie's is a place I will not return to. There is a lack of professionalism and service to customers. I sat in the entry way with 4 employees walking by without even saying anything. I had a massage scheduled and was informed the therapist would be later and I was asked to come back 30 minutes later. I did and waited for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement and left. Read Less
