I am so lucky to have found All Nails Salon. The owner Vanny and his wife Meghan are wonderful! All the staff are wonderful. The salon was beautiful and exceptionally sparkling clean. Meghan did the most amazing pedicure for me. The atmosphere is a very happy and everyone is joyful. I started going here months ago, and I was satisfied. They provide excellent service, and Vanny loves to crack some cheesy jokes. They do everything in their power to get you into a chair as soon as possible. It is recommended to make an appointment, because appointments are important to them. The shop is very clean, I have never seen anything that is dirty. I feel relaxed, which is a feeling everyone should experience. I'm mixed on this place. I've gone for pedicures a few times with a friend and we always schedule an appointment. However even with an appointment we wait a long time for them to actually do the service. Today it was 35 minutes after our appointment time, about 20 of that our feet were soaking but we both were ready to get our feet out of the water by that point. In total, we were there an hour and 40 minutes for a service that should only take 30 to 45 minutes at the most. Our feet look great, but no better than other places I've been that do it faster. Also, another woman came in after we'd been there almost 30 minutes, was sat next to us and they immediately starting working on her. She was done roughly 30 minutes later and they did gel polish on her toes. Either way, she came in after us, and left before us. Neither of us were very pleased about that. Read Less

Since 2016, I’ve been a loyal customer, driving faithfully from downtown Columbus to Pickerington because I enjoy All Nails. I wasn’t expecting it to feel like family, but I definitely enjoy the laughter and light-hearted jokes from the technicians. It’s not solely focused on “business” - All Nails creates an authentic space while establishing a professional environment. My first appointment I wasn’t sure what to expect. Will the wait be long? Will my technician understand my style? Am I going to feel relaxed? So far all my needs have been met. On average I wait roughly 10 minutes with an appointment scheduled, the atmosphere is welcoming, there is no hassle explaining the type of service I want and I never feel rushed. Overall, my experience with All Nails is positive. I prefer to pay cash hence they offer at 10% discount. And I typically schedule last minute, but they’re accommodating and flexible. Typically family of the workers will visit, which I mention because I love the culture presented. It may feel as if your nail tech should give you full attention, which is true to a certain point. I came for a gel manicure and pedicure on a Friday. I had a 4:00 appointment, and I arrived right on time. After about 30 minutes, I was finally told I could go to my pedicure chair. After I sat in the chair, I waited for an additional 20 minutes before someone finally came to help me. Throughout the experience, the staff was half apologetic, but never offered any accommodations for the inconvenience. Additionally, the host came around about 4 times to ask me what my name was. After the second, I'm not sure why she didn't keep track of who was who. Finally, they were clearly way overbooked that day. However, when a person would call requesting an appointment, they would still tell them to come in. I'd watch several people come in, be greeted, then wait for the 30 minutes. My entire experience lasted 3 hours - which is double what I would have expected. If you are not going to accommodate appointment times, then you should not allow appointments to be made in the first place! The frustrations of the time spent at AllNails will not bring me back. Great prices! I advise you to not go on a Friday afternoon! Make an appointment, even if you call the day of. I made the mistake of making an appointment on a Friday for 2pm and I had to wait 35 minutes. If it hadn't been for that, I would give the all five stars. That same day, there was about six walk-ins and they were told it would only be a ten minute wait and they all waited a minimum of 40 minutes. They do a great job, efficiently and professionally when it comes to my acrylic nails. I even took my boyfriend there once to get a pedicure! He loved the relaxing foot and calf massage. He was also amazed at all the dead skin that they scrubbed off his legs and feet! He had never gotten a pedicure before this experience. I will never ever return to this nail shop. They completely ruined my nails. I have gotten acrylics for years and decided to try this place because I hadn't yet. I know acrylics will mess your real nails up but I have never had it this bad before. The first time I went they put the nails on and I loved them, after leaving I noticed one nail stuck up further than the rest I went back in two weeks to get a full and I told them and I was told my nail grew like that, but it had never "grew like that" before? After that I took the nails off and saw it had lifted my nail and it was almost completely white. I didn't go back for two weeks and then decided I'd give them one more try. Not even two weeks later my acrylics were lifting. I decided to take the nails off and all my real nails were not only super thin but they were all white almost like a fungus. I recently started wearing the dip acrylic and I had 2 not so good experiences at another shop in Reynoldsburg. I remembered that All Nails always did neat, professional work with my gel nails and pedicures and luckily they do dip acrylic now too. Vanny did an excellent job on my nails and I appreciated the care and attention he put into making my nails look beautiful even though it was very busy. I really love this salon. The employees are really nice and love to make jokes! Its a very positive atmosphere. They cater to appointments. My first time there I walked in and was seen immediately. I witnessed other walk ins who they began working on while waiting for a set appointment and they actually put them aside when their appointment arrived. I noticed how they shift people around and don't make appointments they can't honor. I never have to wait. I always call ahead now. They are extremely busy and often have to turn people away. I have had several technicians and I have to say all have done a wonderful job. Only one time I had an issue with a female who did my nails and they looked great but were done so quickly and very thin layer of acrylic that one broke the same day and only lasted about 4 days before more began to break. Prior to going here I use to go to the place next the the little bamboo but everytime i went they would charge me different amounts that never seemed right. They don't follow what their prices say ever. This place is great because they offer 10 percent off if you pay in cash and their prices are hard to beat. I don't carry cash but its nice if your planning on getting more services. They have a million gel colors. But if your looking for regular polish the colors seam pretty limited to me. I would suggest bringing your own back up color in case they don't have something your looking for. I always get my acrylics shaped between square and oval and they are always perfect. I had a horrible experience here. The man who did my nails and another male employee were disrespectful to me and my acrylic nails are done poorly. I have scars from previous self and the second male employee asked about them. I told him it was a long story. The man doing my nails said his brother in law cut himself, but his scars were much worse than mine. The second employee asked what he used to cut himself and said it must have been a razor and asked me if that was what I used. At this point I quit responding and they continued to talk about my scars loudly amongst themselves. My nails look good from the top, but you can see my real nails underneath as well as white gunk from the products. I will never return here. Read Less

I have been visiting Stacey's beauty Touch for a few months now and I love it! I have had waxing, tanning, sugaring and threading all done by Stacey. Recently I purchased one of the new mineral foundations that she stocks, Eco minerals made in Byron Bay. Stacey colour matched me perfectly first go and the mineral powder feels amazing on! It's like your not even wearing foundation which is how I like it! It's light and airy but yet a great coverage, you can go lighter or full coverage depending on what look you are wanting to achieve! The Kabuki Brush is beautifully soft and gentle on my skin as well when applying the foundation.
