The man who was in charge was checking us out and we were shocked at the price but paid. Then went to the nail techs to give a tip but asked them first if tip was included because the total was so high. When the tech replied no and we proceeded to give them tips, the one in charge proceeded to run on over and say that he "accidentally" charged us for an extra pedicure. I came in last Thursday for a pedicure and waited over 45mins when I was told a walk-in would be "20mins tops". After 45mins, I sat in the pedi chair for another 15... I then had what was a rushed, 10min pedicure... that smudged 2 hours after I got home. Called to book a fix twice, no answer or call back. Go in today (walk in) and they fixed the one toe, no charge. This place was awesome! Today I called ahead 45 minutes to set up an appointment for a gel manicure. They were ready for me when I got there and had a ton of polish colors to choose from! I got acrylics (a full set - long nails) and after ONLY 2 days, one of the nails broke in half just from me putting my shoes on. I got it repaired that day, & then the next day (so 3 days after I got them done) another nail came RIGHT off. It didn't even hurt to come off and I was only taking my pants off and it just popped right off. Never used to happen to me at my original place and I won't come back here for acrylic. My nail technician was Lisa. I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but the owner and my nail technician were completely understanding. The pedicure was nice and relaxing, and I was able to use pink acrylic for my overlay at no extra charge. The only possible complaint I could have is they are heavy with their use of the drill. I had become accustomed to no drill salons (or minimal at most), so I was a little sad about that. But otherwise everything was great. I had a nice conversation with my technician, and the overall atmosphere was nice. The price was exactly what I was told it would be when I scheduled my appointment. And the owner did not rush me out (I was the last person there) to give my polish sufficient time to dry. Definitely would recommend, and I will definitely be going back. Just as an FYI the salon is in a shopping plaza, so there is parking available in the lot. My friend always has long beautiful nails, but the week before her wedding two of them broke, and she ended up needing acrylics. I had already made a reservation at another chain nail place for her pre-wedding festivities, and that place told me they couldn't do acrylics even after taking a deposit from me. I went into panic mode trying to find a place where my friend could get acrylics the day before her wedding. I called several salons before Xtreme Nails. They were so kind and accommodating, they told us to come right on in! The guy answering phones and checking people took a look at my friend's nails and determined that she didn't need a full set, but just two on the broken nails + a gel manicure to do the trick. He was super helpful, and the nail tech was awesome! They really helped me out in a pinch by taking a walk in on Friday afternoon and calmly helping solve our dilemma. I just left Xtreme Nails from getting a "manicure" and shellac polish. As soon as I walked in, the only thing I was greeted with was "do you have an appointment?" When I stated no, the man at the front seemed bothered. After I stood there in limbo for 2 minutes and nobody said anything to me, I was finally told to go sit at desk 1. I went and sat, & a man came over and asked me if a manicure was all I wanted, I again told them what I wanted. He sat down, put my hands in a bow...l of water, walked away for 10 minutes. When he came back he took my hands out of the water and proceeded to give me a manicure that consisted of cutting my nails cutting my cuticles, and filing my nails. No hand massage, no lotion or oils. That was my manicure. Afterwards he polished my nails and that was that. He did not speak to me the whole time, nor did he make eye contact, all the while he was yawning, and was way more concerned with everything else that was going on around him. At the end I went to pay, I pulled out my debit card, paid him. I realized upon signing that there was no space to leave a tip. I had no cash on me, nor do I have time to go to the machine. I've been going to xtreme nails for some time now, and so far they're the best nail salon I've been to. I've had too many experiences where I've come home with sore hands or bleeding fingers after acrylic nails being put on. Here, they shape them how I want and make them thick enough so they don't break before 2 weeks. The prices are affordable, and the nail techs get what you need done in a decent amount of time! I was searching for somewhere I could get a CND Shellac manicure in a hurry (and without an appointment), so I checked CND's website and came across XTreme Nails.  It's close to where I work and I knew they accepted walk-ins, so I decided to give it a chance.I went with the shellac manicure and a regular pedicure and I was very happy with both!  I picked a kind of ugly color polish for my manicure (totally my fault!) but the manicure looks really great. Sometimes, if the edges aren't done correctly, the manicure does not last the full 2 weeks, but this one seems perfect.  My pedicure was quick and relaxing.I would definitely go back - I'm bad at making nail appointments in advance and it's nice to have the option to simply walk in!
