guy there is very rude and disrespectful..they lost my appointment 2 times that I made so both times I couldn't get my nails done. that's probably why they never get any business.

It was okay, the first time then the second time around wasn't. The nails were done nicely but they kept popping off which in my experience they shouldnt.

Being a man I obviously do not get my nails done/painted. I did however go with my girlfriend and stayed for the 45min process. The place is small yet homely, they have a flat screen TV and offered us...
Being a man I obviously do not get my nails done/painted. I did however go with my girlfriend and stayed for the 45min process. The place is small yet homely, they have a flat screen TV and offered us/me the remote to change the channel while I was waiting.
Needless to say it was a good experience for the both of us. I caught up on the buckeyes game and the girlfriend left with painted nails she loved at a great price. Good job staff, great customer service!!

This place is always so friendly, and getting your nails done by MR. HOLLYWOOD, Is absolutely glamorous!! This man gave THE BEST pedicure and massage that I have ever had. However, he does only work at this location on Saturdays, better call ti book up quick, because he is busy everyday!His usual location is VIP NAILS AND DAY SPA located at 500 W. Aurora rd. Northfield, OH 44067. Lucky for me, that's even closer to where I live now!!!

I was in a hurry and came here to get my nails done. I never been here before. The nail tech was playing a game on her iphone when I walked in. After that, she told me to wait for her so she can finish her game. The lady name is Tanya. Their business is horrible. I will not come back here ever again. This is unproffesional to make a client wait when the nail tech was clearly available.
