Unfortunately I was unable to receive services from the establishment twice. The first time I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and I wanted a mani with gel polish and a pedicure however I was told that they were closed (there were nail techs simply setting around and talking and they paid me no attention). The second time I went back was a few months later and the staff was not friendly, I had to ask for someone to help me and the receptionist appeared to be clueless and on her phone right in front of me. I went to pink boutique when it was still nail boutique I have been seeing Candice who does acrylics for over two years. When I go to the salon I only book with Candice and I don't go to other salons. Well right around the first of the year I decided that I needed to take my acrylics off for a period of time and I kept reaching out to Candice and asking her how I can book a soak off because that wasn't even an option and a manicure with her since she is the only nail tech I've gone to in over two years. After blowing off my initial message I sent another the following day and she responded to me and told me that she does not do regular manicures it has to be a gel manicure and when I responded and said I've only gone to you for two years girl, you really can't paint my nails ? She stopped responding altogether. Clearly loyalty is not a factor at this salon. I honestly was bummed out I enjoyed my nail lady I always sent people their way out of loyalty and respect. Now that I'm ready to get my nails back on I have no idea what salon to even go to. I feel like the situation was handled terrible and just shows unprofessionalism as well as lack for customer satisfaction. This is by far one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. The service was great. My nail artist Janilda was super nice. She was fast but also made sure my nails looked good and they were what I wanted. She hand painted my designs and my nails were so pretty. Everyone loved them and asks me where I got them done. The owner Adi is a gem. She's fun and personable and will step out of her comfort zone to try something special for you. On top of that, she's simply talented with acrylic. Update: i don't think this place uses quality stones, glue or acrylic. My full rhinestone nails both came off within 5 days of getting my nails done and my 2 flower nails came off within a week. I will let you know that I am a nanny, the most I do that is hard is change a child's diaper or drive them to a play date. I do not hand wash dishes or floors or use any harsh chemicals that would take off the glue. I will never ever come back to this place because of the poor quality items they use. You get what you pay for. I will say they are semi polite since I did get one of my full rhinestone nails fixed for free but I would not recommend to anyone since when I did come in to change my designs I previously got 2 days before they gave me an extremely hard time as to why I did not like the set. I cannot be the only person in the world who has gotten a set of nails they did not like and wanted to get new ones. I received attitude from the nail tech as she said she takes pride in her work and said whatever nails she does for me I will not like and I will want changed. I am not a girl that likes busy nails, I like plain stones, chrome, holo, glitter and 3D acrylic over hand painted designs. I scheduled an online appointment with Teresa at 2pm for a pedi and haircut. Got there at 1:45 told them I had an appointment with Teresa and was told my appointment was with Keesha. That woman can cut some hair!!! It's the best cut I've had in a loooooonnng time!! Now for my spa pedi...... paws are soakin. Pedicure was good. I was a lil concerned she just took the tools off the lil cart. I'm thinking they aren't sterilized between clients? But hopefully I'm wrong. Lil frustrated she keeps looking at her phone which is blowing up. But it's kind of understandable since I'm her last customer and she's hosting a bday party at her house. Nice young lady. I'm new to the are so finding a good nail salon has been a mission on its own. Two days ago I made an appointment with Carmen ( make your Apointment days in advance they book up fast ) I got there at 10 and Carmen was running a little late ( that's ok it happens ) but to my surprise Adi took me to her station and started on my nails. What great team work and customer service. A few minutes later Carmen was there and did a great job on my nails. Adi did my nail design once again great team work. I can't wait to go back. Everyone talks too much and I've spent a good 4 hours in there once. That was my last time going. I always got my nails done by the owner. My nails always came out great but when they would come off, my real nail would be so thin and I'll have cuts on my nails from the drill. Tried to make an appointment for my daughter and her best friend for Prom for mani/pedi. The first girl that answered the phone worked hard to help me. Then  the Manager got wind of the call, (over heard?) she took over. Super rude. She basically said since it was for 2, for Prom, she had to have my CC number because there's a good chance they won't show., and I can only do it online. I asked if I could just make the appointment for my daughter and she's like no.  You have to do it online. I said I don't like putting my CC online. She's like well we've had to many problems so that's your only choice. I said we'd have to go somewhere else, she's like ya. As soon as I hung up I got a confirmation for the appointment? Lol. Took my Grandaughter in to get her hair done for her Birthday and Teresa did a wonderful job she did a balayage that looks great on my Grandaughter. Teresa was very helpful and nice and my Grandaughter enjoyed the service and so did I. The Salon is clean and welcoming and everyone was friendly. Would definitely recommend Pink Boutique!!! I am terribly saddened by my experience at the salon. I had what looked to be like in New Girl do my nails. She cut them down very short from where they were. After having asked her not to. Then while she was painting them she kept dipping the brush and some black acrylic paint, so my cuticles where a mess. now 3 days later my nail polish which I paid for gel top coat is chipped off. The inside is super duper cute, black and pink everythangggg, glitzy and glammy, I needed a pumpkin spice and some uggs after my visit here!Janilda did my nails; she was so nice and inviting, she did an UHMAZINGGGG job and even offered some creative solutions for my nails. Got a full set with glitter and your typical white French tip which is a classic combo for me. Pricing was perfect and the quality and speed of my appt was unmatched. I am so happy I tried this place!They also do hair, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massages and makeup, its a full service beauty bar! Make sure you make an appointment! They do decent nails BUT they are extremely unprofessional. They gossip, eat while doing nails, curse, talk about getting drunk and all types of things. And my nail tech kept stopping to text! These ladies are really nice, and do a really good job. I feel like they clean my feet better than any other salon I've been to. The chairs are all on the new side so the massage features actually work, which is a pleasant surprise. It was a clean, fun salon but lately its been going downhill slowly.  Nail Boutique is starting to nickel-and-dime for all possible services.  Recently they added an additional $1.50 service fee if you use credit/debit.  It would have been nice to be made aware of this before my recent appointment was scheduled/completed even if it was a notice on their Facebook page.  The techs used to be able to do a toe polish to match the nails for a few extra bucks.  Now they make you get a $20.00 pedicure to have toe polish.  Not cool.  The nail polishes are old and not presented in an orderly fashion to make picking a color easy-- instead, you have to dig through boxes of polishes.  Get your act together Nail Boutique!!!!! I don't understand why all these girls are complaining. This is the best salon I know of and its my #1 choice to go to. Yea they may take a little longer but my nails always come out looking sharp and on point. My nail art is always so cute. For the people that say they aren't professional stop being so stuck up these women are so friendly and down to earth they make you feel like your talking to one of your girlfriends. When I come here I feel like I'm chilling with my girls not at some salon that feels all corporate owned!!! This was my first time going to a nail salon so I was quite uninformed as to what the experience should be like.  Beside the horrible ventilation and the constant gossiping of the techs (she would regularly stop working on me just to carry on a conversation with a coworker), I'm most dissatisfied with the ultimate result of the work.  I didn't know this until I went to another salon 2 weeks later for free hair and nails for a photoshoot (lucky me!).
