My friend and I came here because we were in the area. No one even addressed us when we came in. After about 30 minutes of sitting we were both told to go sit in specifically numbered seats. They started hers after a little bit but I sit there for like another 15 minutes. Her and I kept asking if I was getting mine and the girl helping her kept saying she was going to ask, she never did. She even asked the question of "you two wanted to get them together" I guess coming together was not clear. When the girl started my friends pedicure she excitedly told us that it was her last pedicure. She then went on to talk about how she was ready to drink. She's was excited about Miller time (she actually said this) and asked if we were into drinking. It was really weird and completely unacceptable in this situation. The girl asked what kind of pedicure we both wanted and we asked her our options. She told as and we picked the one she said had the mask in it. We even said we wanted the mask. Well apparently the girl screwed them up and the one we picked didn't have a mask like she told us. When we went to pay they tried to charge us for the mask. The guy swore he did mine. I was like um no. A mask is left on for like 10-15 mins. We did nothing like that. They lady is like no thats now how a mask works, it's this, and shows me like a table spoon of white stuff in a little cup. I was like no thats not how a mask works. I will not pay for it. In the end I didn't pay for it but they acted like it was my fault and they were doing me a favor. It was also confusing when we were paying because the argument was over the mask. The girl was trying to charge my friend $32. Then another lady comes over and says its $37. The one with a mask is $40. The lady rudely explains that the pedicure is $35 and then talks to us like were stupid and breaks down how tax works. Yeah the problem is the pedicure you are trying to charge me for us $40 and the girl is telling my friend her total is $32. Trust me weren't confused by tax. My pedicure was fine but the establishment is horrible. The whole experience was weird. I will never return and I would recommend to people to not come here. Also, the man did put something on my legs. He rubbed it on and then used a towel to rub it off. I thought it was lotion honestly. That process lasted like 1 minute tops. It wasn't even put on thick and was not left on my legs. Feel free to read the steps for a mask. It is put on thick, legs are covered with hot towels and left for 10-15 minutes. Not here though. Great vibes, great staff, great music! It's therapeutic just talking to Bruce! He is hands down my favorite person there! Usually booked up so make sure to call in advance. I love how he always asks what exactly you want, from shape, to length, color and if you don't like something, he will change it. No questions asked. He is a blessing to this world and not just the solon. You have to go to him ONE time to see for yourself. The best energy, super considerate and he won't waste your time. He's quick! Overall liked the experience. The smell is overwhelming upon entry but the place is clean. The nail tech was friendly her work was nice. I would have liked the gunk under my nails to be cleaned but am not sure if that's included in the express mani. There was miscommunication on the service as regular does not transfer to express. Using my husbands account! The people here were great! My mother in law had the technician Taco and I recommend him 100% !! Held nice conversations and could understand him well. Really knew his knowledge about nails and explained a couple different options for us. Not sure of the name of my tech but he was so maticulous!! Loved it. Did you know this place isn't just a nail salon? Amanda gave me the BEST blowout of my life! She used a purple shampoo by Pravana & took all the brassyness out of my hair. This place has so many great aspects! Blow out bar, waxing, pedicures, manicures but most of all it has the BEST nail tech I have ever met. Her name is Susan. I have NEVER had a gel manicure like the ones she gives. My nails don't lift or peel. I had a gel manicure by her that lasted 3.5 weeks. That, my friends, is unheard of. My first time visiting and Amber absolutely blew me away! She was so attentive and fixed the bulky misshaped set I got from another salon in the area. The prices were competitive but in my opinion it was a way better deal. The atmosphere, music, and conversation made the experience much more worthwhile. Came here for the first time and had high expectations because of the previous reviews. However it was the complete opposite. I called ahead and was given an appt. When I arrived, they were behind 1-2 appts. Denise told me it would be a 30min wait past my appt time. I understood and decided to wait...30min turned into an hour. When she finally sat me down, I had to wait another 30 minutes for her to eat. This is no joke! I would've left, but at this point I had wasted all the time there and wasn't going to leave without getting my nails done. When she finally started working on my nails, she kept stopping...stopped to answer the phone...stopped to ring out another customer...this is when I literally could not hold it any longer...when she finished laying the acrylic and TOOK ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO PAINT THEIR NAILS!!!...I got there at 2:30 and did not leave until 5:00!!! All that and my nails came out messed up and uneven. No discounts, she only offered me gel so I wouldn't wait longer for my polish to dry. Please don't make the mistake of coming to this place! Came here for the first time today to get my acrylics filled in. I had an appointment but ended up waiting at least 20 minutes, and I wasn't greeted upon entrance, but they were rather busy. I didn't really mind waiting. Overall, I had a great experience. My nails look fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The prices are also reasonable. Tried based on the reviews, and will return! A sweet lady owns it and you can tell the staff adores here. Very comfortable, friendly environment. Mid- level prices. Not expensive but not cheap. I think it's appropriately priced for the service experience they offer. Very clean and stylish interior. They squeezed us in and really cared about making sure my matte nails came out exactly how I wanted. Another customer was there earlier getting several services and I had to commend them on completing all those services even though the salon was closed. Yesterday was the second time going there. The first time was great, but yesterday was the complete opposite. I had an appointment, but they didn't take me until 30 minutes after that. The manager was the one doing my nails, and she was very distracted. She kept getting up to go do other things and deal with other customers, and when she'd come back she would forget what she was last doing on my nails. She only asked me one question, cut me off in the middle of responding, and then ignored me the rest of the time she was rushing through doing my nails. To top it off, as I'd been taken in 30 minutes late, I couldn't let my nails dry completely as I needed to be someplace 2 hours from my original appointment time, which had I been taken on time would have been plenty of time. I generally avoid nail salons at all cost. I usually end up with a rushed manicure, or worse, bleeding because someone was too eager with the cuticle trimmer, but it was a few days before my vacation and I needed a gel manicure fast. Sassy had opened up a few weeks back so I decided to give them a try. What a difference from my usual experience!My manicure was perfect! No bleeding cuticles, no lifting edges, no polish on my skin. Two weeks later and it's holding on strong. I didn't get any nail art, but they have some really adorable styles on their Facebook page. The salon itself is clean, bright and doesn't suffer from the acrid smell you sometimes find in nail salons. I will be back! Read Less
