Terrible. Homegirl was mad because I wanted just a fill and not a whole manicure so she started throwing stuff down carelessly. I just let her cry and ignored her, but after I got my acrylics off (which chipped significantly in days) realized they had buffed the heck out of my nails to where there was a HUGE indent between my real nail and where the acrylic had been. The main manager or whoever he is,is rude and I was majorly over charged. They refuse to just simply paint my toes with gel made me pay 45 dollars for my toes with no massage chair on or any kind of extra treatment... Extremely basic pedicure for the price but he did take his time. However they will over charge the hell out of you ! $90 for a fill and toes painted with gel ? I think not ! Not a good experience.  No options provided for pedicure, or manicure.  No wax, no callus remover, no plastic liners for foot tubs, extremely poor hygienic practices.  Water temperature not checked properly, alternately froze my legs then scalded them.  No warm towel wrap offered.  Only one hideously scented oil used.   Nail Tech had no idea what or why he was going through motions of providing a service.  He didn't even know what it meant to "buff" ridges from finger nails, and argued that he had already done it!  His cuticle clippers were so dull it was ridiculously painful.  Place so dirty even offensive bhudda statue failed to shine. DO NOT GET A MANICURE HERE!!!Unless you get gel nails your polish will not stay on for more than 24 hours. I was here Friday and my roommate got a French manicure (which cost $30). It would be an okay price if it lasted more than one day. It was completely chipped off by the time we went to the event Saturday night we got our nails done for. The nail technician did not even apply a base coat to her nails, just the white tips and a top coat. Clearly a professional manicure with professional products should last more than one day. My gel nails are already slowly coming off the ends of my nails which shouldn't happen at all. The staff is nice but it's unacceptable to pay so much for a basic manicure and not even have it last. Really unhappy. Wasnt at all what I asked for. The guy was rough and pretty rude. Even after making multiple comments that they didnt look like what I wanted he made no attempt to fix them and they are crooked and the paint is really uneven. Im going to Buckeye Nails tomorrow to have them fix the 40 dollar job he did. Will never go back!!! Trust me dont waste your time or money here! Read Less

My nails were chipping less than 24 hours after I got them done and I got gel polish. I have never had that happen. I knew something was wrong when I left the store but I figured I would wait and see how they did. $45 for a manicure is pretty heavy and I'm so upset with my nails I will never go back there. The guy I got this last time wasn't as easy to talk to, but I don't go there to talk, I go there to get my nails done and he did a marvelous job!
