Beware who you get! Been here twice with great pedicure results. this time was assigned an elderly lady that was not very talkative/friendly. The pedicure ended with nail polish all over my cuticles and skin that she tried to wipe off with an acetone soaked paintbrush. After looking at my messy toenails for 1 day, I've decided to go to a different salon to get them re-done. What a disappointment. Slow, does not go in order of people who came in first besides for appointments made before. Under staffed. They sit and talk and take their time getting to the next customer. I sat for 45 minuets waiting for my turn and there has been 2 people who have come in to get a nail fixed real quick who did not make an appointment, they said it was going to be another 30 minuets so I stepped outside to make a phone call real quick (5 minuets long) and when I came back in the lady who showed up 30 minuets after me was in a chair getting her nails done. My daughter got her nails done and they looked like they needed filled. Two of her nails broke off within 6 days. I’m so disappointed, She has to get them done again before homecoming. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!! Read Less

Terrible experience my husband scheduled to have my nails done since I haven't had me time in a long time. The lady was so rude and wouldn't shape my nails a little different. Then in the middle of doing my nails she starts using the buffer on her own nails. She cut my cuticle to deep and didn't even care when I commented. The staff was incredibly unprofessional the workers were sitting in the pedicure chairs and texting and facebooking. I have never had such a bad experience. The lady doing my nails didn't even ask how I wanted them and didn't talk to me the whole time. My nails only lasted a week. Really crappy product. I won't be going back Read Less

I usually love coming here but the last 2 times the lady who has done my nails did a pretty poor job. They are all different lengths, they aren't straight at the tips, and there's only polish on 3/4ths of my nail. I guess ill have to start requesting specific techs because they just don't look good at all when just anyone does them. Read Less

Usually I would leave and outstanding review since I've been coming here off and on for 2-3 years but lately my nails have been breaking a day after my visit and cracking .Then today as I write this review waiting for them to open at 10.. here it is 10:17 and they still arnt open. Fast fast fast!!! My daughter brought me here to get my nails done. My first experience with gel polish.  The variety of colors to choose from was vast. The quality was top end. And, the employees were down to earth and fun. The shop was very clean, well organized and upbeat. They provide all your typical hand and foot services. Their prices are reasonable. I don't know how they do them so fast! It would take me 10x longer and lots of expletives and not come anywhere near as nice as they do them. Swing by and give them a try! Read Less

I have never had such an awful experience ever. The guy wouldn't talk to me or ask me how I wanted my nails done. Instead of telling me my one acrylic nail had to be taken off and redone, he took a plastic nail tip and scraped it off. Then in the middle of my service he literally just left, with no explanation. I sat there for 15-20 minutes until finally someone said he had to go pick his kids up. Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to in my life. There was dust everywhere, unfriendly people when you walk in, very unwelcoming and dirty. I would let a 5 year old do my nails rather than coming here, because the outcome would be the same.
