I was not impressed with the outcome of my nails at this place. I had to wait over an hour to be seated and they somehow went out of order. When I finally sat down they soaked my nails and went on to another costumer. This made my wait even longer. Read Less

The place is incredibly clean and decently fast. Nails are sturdy as well but I'm not sure they know how to shape nails properly. My thumbs are two totally different lengths and the guy was heavy hand on the left side so they all kind of lean to the right a bit. It was my first time coming in. I had old acrylics. Had them removed and got a Gel Manicure. I told them I wanted to keep my length and they did and were patient. I've been to other places where they don't listen and just cut them off. It's a family run business and the whole family was really sweet. I will drive from BG to get my nails done here. Read Less

I have been going since they open. I won't go anywhere else. I won't say perfect all the time but they know how to do nails. They are friendly and they always friendly and ask how I am doing. They are the only place that gets my nails right. Other places my nails have broken or fell off in 2 days. So yes I will stick with them. Read Less

If there was a negative star, I would have selected it for my review. My experience was very painful and bloody. I went in as a "walk-in" for a pedicure and limped out! There just happened to be a bridal party scheduled at the same time. A young man (perhaps 18 or 19 years old-not even sure he was licensed), was asked to take care of me. Another employee was coaching him through it. He scrubbed the inside tender part of my left foot arch so hard, it bled and had skin hanging. I still have the scars to this day! I told him it wasn't supposed to hurt and he looked surprised. It took me a couple of weeks for me to walk without pain. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

My daughter went to this place with a friend to get a pedicure. The person who did it rubbed her foot so hard with the pumice stone she bleed and she was the one to tell the woman to stop. All that was done was to spray her foot with a peroxide solution and stuck her foot back into the same water. The woman tried to tell her she must have had a blister. NO SHE DIDN'T!Read Less

Used to go here every 2 weeks.  A few months ago they messed up my gel so bad I had to go home and fix it.  I still went back and my last balance was terrible,  rushed, the paint was so bad I had to redo it at home.  Then 3 nails broke the next day. The newer employee who did my nails messed them up and had to have one of the more experienced employees come and re-do them. Normally, this would have been fine, but I was in a bit of a time crunch and hadn't accounted for the hour that the whole process took. The experienced employee was very nice and apologetic. Queen Nails is family-owned and operated. The environment is clean, and they really know what they're doing. They take their time and really do thorough and excellent work. You may have to wait if you go on a Saturday, and they are closed on Sundays. I personally wish they were open later than 7:00pm, but that's just me being selfish! The quality of the work and the friendliness of the family make it the only place I'll consider for my nails. I have not received any pedicure services there, but I do see a lot of people getting pedicures when I'm there for my (finger) nails. Read Less
