The staff was rude. Staff would not listen to how short I wanted my nails kept telling me no no you want them long (I did not). She cut me twice trimming my original nails. Really bad sperience there the lady the make my nails. Keep saying the price for my nails making me feel I dind't have no money to pay. Nails look horrible she could make for sure a better job. Them when I pay she keep saying tip was not enough I am a very good giving tips but she was horrible. And the last and maybe worst thing she was watching the tv when she was doing may nails she hurt me because she wasnt careful and of course she dont need to watch tv when shes working. I went to get a manicure and the nice lady talked me into getting a pedicure as well. She was very thorough, friendly and attentive. She took very good care of perfecting my cuticles and my toes. Did a fantastic job I was very satisfied with the service and outcome. Read Less

Been coming here for about 2 years now and each time I go my nails seem to look worse and are more poorly done. I went in a couple weeks ago and my acrylic was so thin that a few days later one of my nails. Just peeled off. So I went back and I told the girl who was fixing it that my nails were done too thin and I'm afraid they're just going to break and she apologized and just re painted them. I used to love this place, I would always go here for any nail needs and also recommended a A LOT of my friends to come here but after the last time I was in I will NEVER be back. I went in for a shellac manicure and was taken care of right away but then I get this young guy at the station who is nothing but rude. I told him as soon as he came over that I cut one of my fingers and that I might bleed when he does my manicure and he asked me if I cut my own cuticles and I said that I did sometimes but not too often then he said "well I hate to brake it to you but they look like shit". I am a nail tech so I can assure you that my nails didn't look bad at all when I went in there,this is the WORST customer service I've ever seen or heard of, and of course I wanted to get up and leave right there but I didn't, looking back I'm not sure why and now it's 7 days later and I have 5 chipped nails and one nail that's completely missing. When getting a pedicure and nails done it is supposed to be a relaxing and pleasant experience...a treat to yourself. The staff at this salon is aloof and very unfriendly. My visit was split between Jane and Chris. Jane provided me with decent service and professional. Chris was extremely rude, very condescending and disrespectful. I will not go back there. The worse nail salon I ever been too. This place is nasty and the staff is so unprofessional. I translated the conversation they had and it was discussing the things they said about their customer's. Average to below average. I've gone 3 times and the third time was the most disappointing. The worker wasn't pleasant and half my nails have streaks or specks in them. John is my Favorite!!! He does the BEST manicure and gel polish, I've EVER gotten ~ ANYWHERE....I have also had random techs too (when he's off) and never gotten a bad one...but I ALWAYS request him because it LASTS the longest and he does the best at intricately clipping away that cuticle without any pain, for the best polish job!! This place is great. My mom and I have been going here for about 5 years. Ever since my since my sister gave my us gift cards one Christmas. About once a month we go in for deluxe pedicures. We leave relaxed with happy feet and legs. They also are great when it comes to gel nails. They also will do special designs. Read Less

I've been waiting 45 mins while I watch them take several other people first because I am here for a simple manicure and other people are getting more expensive services.They are completely ignoring the sign in sheet and just taking whoever walks in and wants the most expensive service. My first time here,  and I must say I left a very happy camper.  Mimi did my nails and she did a wonderful job and fixed a lot of issues that I had with the prior time at a different location. I used to love this place as they always do a great job. The last few times I was there I had to walk out because of the few people they now have working there. There used to be many more employees working on a busy weekend but today I counted 5. There were 8 names on the list and they quoted an hours wait. What they do is have clients sit in the pedi chairs and at the mani stations to make it appear there are fewer people waiting. I've gotten stuck sitting at one of the stations and had no one acknowledge me for a half hour. Also, they used to greet you when you walked in the door but not anymore. I feel like they've gotten less appreciative of their clients and they are just not into customer service as they were before. Read Less

Though I don't get manicures or pedicures too often, when I do, I always come here. Reasonable prices, great service, clean and sanitary. What more could one ask for? Been coming here for years.... probably at least 15 times... have always left happy! Plus they have massage chairs for the pedicures, which is always nice. Read Less

I absolutely love this salon!  I went here on a whim because I was new to the area and this was the first place I saw.  There is no need for me to look anywhere else.  I have been to several nail techs and every one of them have done a great job.  I usually get a Shellac manicure which lasts in good shape for almost 2-3 weeks.  It still doesn't chip or peel after that, just grows out.  They have so many colors to choose from too, not just in regular polish but in the Shellac as well.  The pedicures there are really great as well.  They are affordable and very professional.  It's often busy and I see the same people in there frequently which tells me they consistently do a nice job.  It may not be your fancy mall or high name salon but for the price and the service it's worth it.  They've done better than several of the high end salons I've gone to.
