I went in and got my nails done at this place on Sunday April 15th 2018. The lady did my pretty fast I kinda figured my nails wasn't gonna last to long it is now April 22nd and all my nails a lifting and the Polish has came off of every one of my nails I will never again go to this place is send any of my family or friends... I have been getting my nails done here since I was 16, and I'm about to turn 30! Very relaxing, my nail tech is Calvin he is really great. My nails is always perfect (very picky) and he is nice at all times. I highly recommend giving this place a chance. Read Less

I have been getting my nails done here for years! Vanessa is my tech of choice, but Cathy, Calvin, and Vivian have also done my nails and I can honestly say I have NEVER been disappointed. I have gone up to 5 weeks before a fill (my bad) and have never had my polish chip. I own and work in a bar/ restaurant so my manicure is repeatedly put through the ringer, with washing glasses, stocking, computers and normal restaurant stuff. I always make an appointment and they are pretty consistent with keeping that. In all of my experiences, they are all very accommodating, personable and extremely inviting. Not one single person there has ever been rude, and I have been going since they were on the other side of the mall in the food court, before the theater was built. I've been in the customer service business for almost 40 years and I've learned that you cannot please everyone, but if you treat people with kindness and respect, most of the time ( there are exceptions) you will be treated, in turn, with the same. Everyone has the right to their opinion, but, if you are not satisfied with a service, and they don't make it right, then move on. Bashing an entire business on the internet because you had one bad experience sends an angry and vindictive message... move on and get over it. There are thousands of restaurants, mechanics, nail salons, physicians to choose from... one opinion and a bad experience shouldn't define a business. The worst experience I have ever had in my life! I went with my husband and my sister Sunday before our Florida trip and had manicure and pedicure gel done. As you all know that is not cheap and Always leave 20% tip because That is what I do. Everything was okay Sunday until Tuesday when my nail polish fell off on 6 fingers. So with my heart in my sleves I went back , and told them that my nail polish came off asking them that did not know what I need to do.... did not ask for anything for free! Wanted to pay at least the tip and whatever they will decide to charge me for the 6 fingers that they repair. But wanted the same color..... They decided to do it for free because it’s been 3 days only and gel usually holda for 2 weeks, and I said, great thank you;-).i said I’ll tip the lady at the end no problem! Now the story starts- the lady that fixed my nails started showing me the angry face! Pulling my fingers, blowing air on me, asking me what the color I had. I’ve said it was color 121... but wasn’t sure🙄... But when she showed me the color then I realized I was right. She was so pissed that I wasn’t sure about my color starting calling me rude customer that can’t remember the color I had 🙄🙄😤😤😤 ... I was like , are you kidding me right now.....am I crazy right now because I can’t believe how this lady is acting ... then I asked her why was she so upset? Why was she so sad and rude... she told me that I was rude for not remembering the color I’ve used! And she hates to see my face! Now remember this is the same time I’ve seen this lady. She’s not worked on any of my family members, but it was her turn to fix someone’s nail polish. She finished 6 nails in literally 5 minutes! You need to stay at least 1 minute for each finger nail under the uv light... she kept me 20 seconds.... Then I told her I will not give you any money because you don’t know to treat and respect customers !!!! And it’s the same time she’s met me and why is she hating my face?And she told me she doesn’t need money for a rude customer and a beach! Are you kidding me? I have never ever had anyone talk to me like that! I will never ever recommend this nail saloon in the mall. They have a lot of bussines because it’s convinient for people but they don’t deserve it! Just finishing my pedicure service and my only really great comment is the nail tech- she was wonderful! The Pandora station was nice (60's era). The chairs are old and a bit uncomfortable (the remotes are all damaged). Being in the mall, I wish I could have been facing away from the storefront window for some privacy. I waited 45 minutes when they said the could fit me in right as I walked in (I would have gone shopping had I known). I like the nail polish selection.... Time will tell if it will hold up (little to no OPI/high end brand polishes available). My main frustration was with the service. $40 for mediocrity at best. My cuticles were not tended to for more than a minute. 2 minute sugar scrub. 2 minute towel wrap. Quick sloughing on of oil... No massage with it. Read Less

I've read the other reviews on this page, and honestly they're not wrong. There are only two nail technicians that I will ever do business with in this establishment. However, I'm rating it 4 stars because my nail tech (his name is Calvin!) Is awesome. Always smiling when I come in, asks me how I'm doing, does my nails exactly how I want them, and listens if I want something changed! If you want/have to go here, Calvin's your guy. Read Less

If I could give this place no stars, I totally would. They're not very friendly. No one greeted me when I came in like they usually do other places. There were two young ladies waiting a head of me for about 45 minutes, when it came time to tend to them, the one manicurist basically told her because she had an appointment, she didn't have time to do more than just a refill, basically insinuating the young lady was wasting her time. The girls ended up walking out. The woman who took care of me was rude and far less sociable than most. She had an attitude while discussing pricing and demanded my cash before completing my full set with the excuse that she wanted me to pay before she applied the top coat so my nails aren't wet when I pay. I was totally uncomfortable. Gel Polish on a full set cost $12 more. I own gel Polish for $9 less and decided to paint them myself. After I paid I was led to the fans to dry my nails and left without so much as a "I'll be right back" or an inclination as to how long I should sit and wait. She just disappeared to the back, never came out to check her work. Overall, it was a negative experience and I will not be going back there. If you're bouszhie and enjoy stuck up company, le nails is exactly where you need to be. Where a bunch of ugly women sit around and give you attitude while working on your nails Pathetic. Read Less

PLEASE READ I have been here several times and legit the last two times I have gone my shellac nails have changed from a cute pink to a dark brown. I do not smoke whatsoever and this has never happened to me anywhere else. My nails are healthy and I'm good condition and I have pictures and the change is disgusting I refuse to even go back because they obviously use old polish or top coat. Also they are very rude and they try to do your nails so fast they barely pay attention to if they are straight or not . The last time I had to tell the lady to fix them bc they were crooke, before she was about to put the wrong color on because she was to focused on people walking by the store. Do not go here. I asked him to just take a little off, well he chipped my set down to my real nail. Which if I wanted it that length I would take off my set and get gel. Then to top it off the white has lines on the side of each nail. The topping of it all he cut my finger with one of the tools. So I have short nails that oh forgot to mention have bubbles in the clear coat and a red flake in the pink of the thumb. Also instead of the normal $27 I was charged double of that $45. Which if that was the case I would have gotten a new full set. Very disappointed and won't be returning. I say avoid Danny at all costs. Horrible work and I feel ripped off. Read Less

Owner is beyond rude, but nail tech was great. I was signing into their sign in sheet and saw an employee trying to read it upside down, so I started to turn it slightly so that she can read it as I was finishing writing. She ripped it away and said "I need that."  I was taken aback and the nail tech said he'd take me before I responded to her inappropriate action. Later, I found out she was the owner. I hope she treats her employees better than her customers. I was very happy with nail tech I had, Danny. He was personable, compassionate and did a terrible job on my gel nails. The employee next to him (not sure if her name) also seemed very talented and friendly. I believe it is definitely the employees and not the owner who keeps this place going. Run far far away. My pedicure lasted maybe a week. The guy was really nice and funny..but when I'm getting a pedicure I want to relax, not talk the entire time. He also rushed through the painting process and it looked horrible!This place is pretty run down and the remotes on the chairs are taped so they don't fall apart. For almost forty dollars for a terrible pedicure go somewhere more upscale and get your money's worth. Read Less

Decided to come here to get my nails done for my wedding. They looked lovely but my pedicure lasted only a day & my gel nails didn't even last a week. It was about a week or less when they started to chip and peel off. The price was extremely high for them to not even last a week, around $70-80. I would go back to have them fix my nails since it is still under 2 weeks but I live in Philly & was home only for my wedding. Very disappointed. Read Less
