Please don't go there! Be careful of the crazy staff!! "The costumer isn't always right" in this place 😡 i won't recommend it to anyone! One of my best friends went there yesterday !!! First of all the lady doing the nails didn't even do what my friends wanted and when she told her they look bad and they need fixing, the lady just went crazy on her and pushed my friend (who had to check her shoulder at the ER later) and started yelling and locked the door so she would have to pay!!! And one of the staff started recording vid on her phone !! Was very disappointed with my visit! First i would like to say this is my first time going to a nail salon to get my nails done but I asked around to people for their opinions on them! I made an appointment and the lady on the phone was rude! When I went for my appointment I walked in and was not greeted I didn't know what to do they all just stared at me until after three or four minutes of me standing there I finally said hello I have an appointment so I sit down and gets started now I didn't know what shaped to get so I asked her about the different shapes and she starts cutting the nails without even finalizing what I actually wanted! I tried telling her but she just didn't listen! So we get to the pet for length and I wanted a short simple length because in my job they would break well I kept telling her I wanted them shorter but she didn't listen now shes filing the nail and she stops and get on her phone at this point I was getting angry because she was using like a drill type thing and she had went up and cut my hand and on the sides on my nail made me bleed so bad so she finally gets off the phone and tells me to go wash my hands I do that and notice a couple of the nails are slanted and turned a little bit and none of them were the same shape so I told her and she just completely ignored me! Then I get to the color part that part was fine until I noticed last night that the gel is already coming off and one of the nails already broke now I didn't have time to go back yesterday and have them fixed because I had to work but when I called this morning I told her that I was very unhappy with my nails and I would like to have them fixed and she said it would cost me extra and that I should have told her yesterday that I was unhappy with them! I told her I tried telling her multiple times and she just wouldn't listen! So the one that broke I'm going to attempt to file and make look good myself because I'm not giving this place any more money and the one that broke is actually at the length I really wanted my nail so I will just have to file and re color myself! I've gone several times for a pedicure and they do a great job. This is a no frills kind of place, but I don't mind that. If you are intimidated by the cheese grater tool used on your feet, I totally relate. But don't be scared, just say good bye to your rough skin. Read Less

Not even close to a good experience. I decided to try this place because it is close to home. I got seated right away for a simple manicure even without an appointment. The tech kept trying to get me to have something more expensive and I'm glad I didn't. The manicure didn't even last a week before it started chipping. Worst manicure ever. I'm not sure how long they've been in business but I've been going to Deluxe nail's for about 8 or 9 years. You rarely have to wait, and everyone that works there does a wonderful job! I get the gel polish over my natural nails. It cost about 20$ and it last for 3 to 4 weeks. You can't beat that anywhere in town! (: Read Less

I had 2 really awesome experiences and 1 that left a very sour taste in my mouth. Upon entering, I greeted by a not so welcoming complaint because I wanted a gel manicure. Minutes later another lady walked in, seeming to be a regular, and I was asked if I would mind waiting so she could go first. I said alright because I was in no rush. Once my manicure started, the gentleman who did them was very nice. However, he was doing my nails and another customer's nails at the same time. That bothered me. I debated through the entire manicure about getting a design. When I finally decided to get one, I told the gentleman what I wanted and he said the lady next to him would do it. She happened to be very busy helping her customer. When she finally came over to help me, she did not ask what I wanted. Instead she started going off what she thought would be a good design. I asked her to please stop because it wasn't what I wanted. In came her instant attitude. She whipped the design off my nail so aggressively I was waiting for it to mess up the polish underneath. I told her I would not be getting a design because she seemed to be too busy at the time. She threw her hands in the air and said "if that's what you want, I don't care!" and stormed off. It's all about the money....I came here cuz the other 2 places had a long wait. But I kinda wish I waited at the other place. This place kinda jus like get in get money get out. Massage and scrub was minimal. Very nice French tip pedicure tho. Also. Wanted a lil painting for my 4 yr old n they charged me for a mini pedicure to get her foot soaked but didn't get anything else....might come back here again if other places r booked haha Read Less

Best. Pedicure. Ever. And I tried a gel manicure too. :) Nhu was polite, efficient, and did a thorough and beautiful job on me. She even repaired a broken toe nail for me with "powder" and it looks like my real nail - and at no additional charge!!!  I have been disappointed by so many nail salons, but I'm so glad my friend recommended Nhu and that I gave her a try. Found a nearby nail salon finally ! Easily located in the same parking lot as fat heads ! Lots of parking and easy to find ! I called ahead to see if it was too busy . Just a local convenient nail salon. I got a pedicure for 30 . Probably will come back If I'm in the area ;) Read Less

Horrible experience. First, they were rude to my 10 year old, telling her several times they would not fix her nails if she messed them up. Then, the next day, my nails began to peel off from a regular manicure. When I went back, she accused me of peeling off my own nail polish and was horribly rude. The new nail polish lasted 2 days.
