Had mani/pedi done last week and it was done by the same person that never does the best job because she was the only one available. .paint starting chipping on my toes and called and was told to come in. I’ve tried several other places and once I visited Nail Art, that was it. Everyone there is so friendly and excellent in customer service. Sami is excellent and really takes her time with you. I will never go anywhere else and definitely recommend Nail art. Read Less

Wow what a great nail salon!!!! My mom and I came here (with my sleeping 1 year old in a carseat) and they were so nice friendly and just all around great!!! We each got a pedicure and it was Clean Affordable and Comfortable!!!! We felt like we got the WHOLE package for only $30 plus designs on 2 toes per foot for only $5 extra totaling $35 each and it was a great service!!! No one can do my nails as well as Sami. I have short nail beds and have always had issue with my nails lifting. I have been to many other salons, and always end up with a few nails that pop off. NEVER had this happen with Sami at Nail Art. Their new location is beautiful! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants high quality, beautiful nails, with amazing service!!!! I was a walk in and was immediately greeted by receptionist. I did have to wait but very nice staff and atmosphere. Deanna did my nails and was very sweet and apologized for the wait. She helped me chose the perfect color and did an awesome job. I will definitely be a return customer. Read Less

When I come into town I always stop here...Not to get my nails done or anything like that but it so happens that they're my cousins. So I may be bias, however, I do get a chance to interact with the other staff and also the other patrons...which is always a good time! Love the staff and also the CLIENTS! Can't say I am impressed at all with this nail salon.  I had my pink and white nails filled.  I didn't feel like they were done very nicely and they ended up lifting very quickly after having them done, leaving them look even worse until my next fill which was not done here.  Other people I know go here often and like their services but I myself don't recommend this nail salon. Okay here's the deal.  The pedicure - pretty standard run of the mill which is fine.  My gel manicure experience there has been that they use too much polish and it pools around your cuticules which means it's going to look terrible as it grows out or it will chip off faster from the bottome because of it.  Can I live with that because they're cheap?  Probably.  What I can't live with is their blantant disregard for anyone else's time.  I walked in without an appointment (they take walk-ins). Someone said hi and that was it.  I have gel on my nails now - had they asked about this I could have soaked the gel off while I waited but they pretty much ignored me.  I waited for an hour before I decided I had waited enough and asked the 15 year old at the counter how much longer.   I was then informed it would be another 30-45 minutes making my total wait time an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes.  They need to properly greet clients as they come in and 1.  ask what service they would like and 2.  tell them how long the wait is.  I found it so rude that they thought it perfectly fine for me to wait for that long.  Yes I could have asked myself how long the wait is but typically if it's a long wait a RESPONSIBLE business would tell you up front it will be a long wait.  Given that the serice is average this experience has caused me to go elswhere for services. If you're going make an appointment and be careful of the gel mani's. Read Less
