They did a awful job on my nails and my friends. Mine are all different shapes, most are to wide. My friends are to small to where they look like cat claws. Awful!!!! They messed up my eyebrow appointment twice! It's about 19 minutes away from where I live so I have to make a trip over there. The first time I made an appointment I called and they confirmed, they sent me a text to confirm, and when I show up they tell me that none of the eyebrow ladies were there. They were extremely rude when I was questioning why they didn't tell me before I showed up and they just kept repeating that none of the eyebrow ladies were there. They didn't even have the decency to apologize for messing up my appointment. The second time they messed up my appointment was today! I called a couple days ago to set up my eyebrow appointment and they set me down with my name, time, and eyebrow lady. I wasn't going to show up just to be told that nobody was there so I called just to confirm. It was an hour before my appointment and I asked if I was still down for today and they said yes. I asked if I was going to get my eyebrows done with a specific person I had asked for before and they told me no because she was fired. It's absolutely ridiculous that nobody had the decency to tell me that my eyebrow lady was fired or that nobody was there the first time I had a problem. And once again, nobody even apologized for the inconvenience. This place is so unprofessional and it's definitely the last time I will make a trip over there. The worst unprofessional place I have ever been too. Tracy and John both need a long vacation or ?. Definitely not the customer's fault that the two of you don't get along. I had 3 different staff and all three of them rude,rough,in a hurry and most of all unhappy and MISERABLE!!!! First day I was there 2.5 hours. The second day I had to come back for them to be fixed (because they messed up my toes and didn't even paint my nails at all) so when I came back Tracy or John didnt want to fix what they messed up. Plus turn around and try to charge me again. My toes look like a 2 year old did them. It's to bad because this place used 2 be THE only place I would go. Never again! Good luck with the business. Went for mani/pedi for my sisters wedding. My mom has 9 fingers and only got a french manicure, my daughter who is 3 got toes and nails done. Was $167.00 for all three of us. Totally not what they quoted us. My daughters nails peeled off that day and my moms nail chipped as well. Not very happy and will not go back! Read Less

My friend and I went in for shellac manis, which both of us get regularly, but at other nail salons. We came to this salon because of positive reviews on other sites. The same woman did both of our manicures, saying they were understaffed. She brought out bowls filled with water, so we assumed we would get to soak our hands as part of the manicure, but after a few minutes of filing our nails, she took the bowls away. While she buffed my nails, I noted that there was not a clean surface in the salon. The entire place was covered with dust. I also noticed that the tech had what appeared to be growths of some kind on her fingertips, potentially fungus, but I obviously could not be sure, beyond the fact that it was not nail polish. The nail tech pulled metal tools out of a dirty, dusty box, so I presumed that the tools themselves were not clean either. I had to ask her multiple times to refile parts of my nails because they were not shaped properly. She was in a rush and did a sloppy job. There was more than one centimeter of space between my cuticle and where she began painting each nail, making it so the manicure grew out faster. She also put too many coats of shellac on my nails. I have never had a nail tech put more than three coats on, but she kept going and going, without allowing my nails to spend the full amount of time under the lamp. Once she finished my manicure, she hurriedly did my friend's. She used the same buffer on my friend's nails as she had used on mine, as well as the same metal tools, and she had not cleaned them properly between uses. She proceeded to pull a cuticle tool out of the dusty box and clipped something off of her own hand and then, as if that was not disgusting enough, did not clean it and began using it on my friend's hand. To top it off, both of us had chipped nails after one week. This was hands-down (no pun intended) the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I will never be back. Read Less

Visited for a pedicure before vacation. The woman who did the procedure was friendly, chatty, and experienced... but very rough with exfoliant tools and hot temperatures. Whenever I expressed discomfort, she was receptive and adjusted. It just wasn't the relaxing pedicure I am accustomed to with my usual nail tech (whom I couldn't go to since she was on maternity leave). Let me tell you about Posh nail bar Geanina is the owner of this beautiful spa and she is such a nice, warm and welcoming person with awesome energy. She is from Romania and recently opened this place in Costa Mesa. Today I finally had me time and decided to come in, since I spotted them on yelp with 5 stars and they were close to my house.... Let me tell you... I been trying so hard to find nails spa with great customer service and where I would be fully satisfied with my nails and after living 12 years in the USA I can finally say that I found it You can feel the European atmosphere here and I love it. Everybody working there will make you feel like a queen, they will work on your nails very gently and they are very detail oriented. I also got a glass of really good champagne which made this time even more enjoyable I can't say enough good things about this place.
