I have been there a few times the last two times the men that work there were super nice and super personable such as Tin he talks to you he jokes with you he does a really good job and then there’s Diane who paints the nails she literally slapped on the nail polish so messy and so rushed the last time I had my nails done she was texting while she was doing my nails she doesn’t talk to you she doesn’t say anything to you having a business is about treating your customers right and being personable and not rushing!!! Last night my friends called and said let’s go get our nails done it’ll be fun and I know a great place!!!! Well I said okay a good time to relax they said this place was the best. I've gone several time to Lexy nails. 80% of the time I have a great experience. My nails always look great regardless, and who doesn't love the massages?! The other 20% I wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time (not terrible) and the woman I had seemed to have a bad attitude and came off somewhat rude. However, I do recommend this place! I called a few minutes prior to my arrival to see the current wait time and was greeted by a sweet English speaking woman. I walked into the nail spa and was met by the receptionist who was super friendly! I made my way to their nail polish wall which was limited and many polishes seemed to be thinned out. My tech, "Diane" helped me to a station and began by full set. She was gentle and thorough throughout the time checking to make sure I was happy with her work. The polish I ended up with was applied in thick coats but overall a great experience. Diane is great and fast! I would come here again when visiting the Canton area. The spa was nonstop with appointments and walk-in which was assuring as I'm visiting and didn't know what to expect from this location.  Haylie seemed to be very friendly while working on another customer seated next to me.This location is a decent size and run efficiently! This is my first experience here (sitting in the chair as we speak) Unfortunately it has not been the best. They called me back to get my Pedicure and I Have been sitting here for 20 mins waiting (not to mention my wait up front)!!! And they ended up helping a lady that came back after me. I had been going here for 7+ years, and now I can say I will never be going back. I have had a few issues here with in the last year but have kept giving them a second chance as i love the way Sam works and does his job. The owner on the other hand, Diane could care less about her customers let alone customer service. I had a apt and waited 20 minutes past the appointment time to be told oh SAM inst here. Diane did not ask if i wanted someone else to do my pedicure, i had to ask her to have someone else do it. The second time I called a week out to make a appointment with Sam and she told me she cant promise I will get Sam and that I will get whoever is available at that time. Remind you I make my appointments at 10am when they open. This last time I scheduled a appointment 2 weeks out with Same. I arrive at 10am when they open. 1030 rolls around and Sam still isn't here, he finally shows up to ask me if i had a appointment and I said yes, he then said he tells them to not schedule him anything before 1030. I proceeded to tell Sam I made the appointment 2 weeks ago and his owner Diane took the call. This goes to show you that the Owner of this salon does not care about her customers let alone her employees. I have gone to Lexy's my entire adult life. Occasionally I would be in a jam and go somewhere else, but no where compared to Lexys. It is extremely clean and they always spend time making sure my nails are perfect. Every technician is amazing!! Read Less

This salon isn't as great as people portray it to be. I've been here multiple times and left only pleased once because I had hope it would be better the next time I went. I'm also pretty new to this area so it was recommended. The work is mediocre and it is overpriced for what you actually get. Plus, the people are not that welcoming. I will not be returning. I payed $50 for a shellac pedicure. It began to peel off three days later and I was told to come back in on Thursday but that they can not make an appointment me. The nail salon is much larger on the inside than it appears to be from the outside. We went in without an appointment and didn't have to wait for our shellac manicures. They have a ton of color options to choose from for shellac. Shellac manicures are $30, seems to be about average around here. Lan was very thorough for my manicure. I got the Deluxe Pedicure which comes with the full moisturizing massage and finished off with a color nail polish of your choice. Let me start by saying that I hadn't had my nails professionally done in over a decade before I came here two weeks ago. It was a birthday treat with my mother. We both decided to try gel nails, something we'd never had done before. We had two different techs. I had Kyle. He started by cutting my nails and gluing on tips. Because I'd never had gel nails, I didn't know this wasn't what was done. As he was finally smoothing my nails with the drill, he said something in his language to another tech, but the phrase "acrylic manicure" was clear. This leads me to believe he realized his mistake but didn't address it to me. My mother also wanted gel nails. She was sat at a station and waited at least a half hour for someone to start working on her. She'd glued 9 tips on my mother before saying "oops...you said you want gel." After the time waiting, my mom told her to just continue with the acrylic rather than start over. When my nails were done, Kyle rang me up and I paid with my debit card. My mom asked me to ring hers up as well. (I figured we'd do separately so that any tip would go to the appropriate person.) Kyle said he would add it to my bill and made a notation on the receipt. Fast forward a few days, my bank showed a charge for $76. How do two sets of acrylic nails (with just polish, no design) come to $76 when the menu price lists $25?? Some times you get amazing service and results, other times you are treated poorly and the turnout can be bad if you don't ask them to redo it or fix a mistake. I've been here a couple of times since I moved.  The longest I've had to wait is about ten minutes.  They have lots of colors available and do a variety of services from nails, to waxing and massage.  Prices are reasonable.  My second time there was kind of an odd experience.  I got a mani/pedi.  The pedicure was fantastic.  Very relaxing and the woman did a great job.  When I went in get my manicure I started with one woman, then another came and took over and then the first woman came back to finish.  I was told that certain people can only do certain services.  There were only two people there that evening that could do shellac, and two that could do acrylics.  So you may want to book an appointment if you have something specific.  I;I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure.  Very relaxing seats, with massage and recline.  The manicure looks great, kind of an odd experience.   I'll definitely be going back. I went here for a few years. They got to know me and my family on a first name basis. There were some changes made, some people quit, and almost every face was new. That is where is started to go sour for me.Half of them did not know how to do a pink and white fill. "Oh you going to have to wait. I can't do that" was a common saying around there. I don't know how you could work in a nail salon and not know how to do something. It is not a specialty where only one person knows how to do it. It's fairly common to get pink and white fills.Waiting. OH THE WAITING. My grandmother and myself had a 10:00am appointment. First thing when they open. Or so I thought. We get there and the doors do not open until 10:10 and only one person is there. A group went back to the pedicure seats and sat. We sat in the lobby waiting. My grandma got seated at 10:25 and I never did. I waited until 11:30 when she was done to leave. Ridiculous. I am not normally this impressed with getting my nails done but this time i was. This place did an exceptional job. I have pink and whites and alot of places dont like to do them. Or should i say take the time to do them correct. But this place did them with ease and expertise that i have never scene before. They even use a new file and buffer for each client.
