Horrible experience I came in to get a fill the nail tech knew I was a new customer so I wasn't aware of her prices I asked her to cut down my nails and she never once told me it would cost more because if I would've known this I would have never let her cut my nails down, paying 60$ for just a fill is outrageous with that price my nails should've been brand new but instead after just one day of getting my nails done I've had two nails that broke after just two days, I went back to get them fixed she told me well sorry you will have to pay for them even though she knows she did a sloppy job on my nails and knew I would have to come back and have to spend more money that was her motive the whole time Read Less

Ran in here on a whim since I am in between different nail salons and had a great experience. Had to wait a little bit, but it wasn't horrible. Very clean facility and friendly owner. She did exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. Cost was a little more than I had anticipated, but overall I'm happy. Read Less

Probably one of the worst, and strangest experiences you could imagine. Went in with a woman, and like all nail places, as soon as you hit the door you get a strong dose of chemical-lacquer smell. She sits down and I pull up a seat close to the table where the tech is working. He starts working and asks if I have cologne on, and I said yeah a little bit, why? He points to a sign by his table that says "please do not wear fragrances, including cologne, deodorant, or even laundry detergent."  He claims it gives him headaches....and this is a guy who works in a place and wears a mask, lest he inhale the chemicals around him all day. Was just so so odd, weird and nonsensical. If he's working for the public, doing a personal service like that, maybe he needs to take a Benadryl and suck it up. Are people not supposed to wear deodorant?He ended up asking to me move even further away. Was a bad experience & he had the balls to ask for a tip. Go somewhere else. He also charged extra for what he claimed were longer nails, and after the fact I was told he was asking personal questions to the woman I was with. This place was bad; and the guy was gross - had big ear gauges & tattoos all over him. But, he's apparently allergic to deodorant. Pass !!!  There's better places with better value that want your money, and don't care if you use laundry detergent. Smells chemicals in there all day yet sensitive to detergent and fragrance; it was like an episode of Curb Your Enthusiam. Major jack off alert & a guy that needs to get another career. Read Less

I was reading the long comment and was laughing hysterically bc I have been going to Nail Tek for quite sometime and they are the most awesome couple I know lol ... The "tattooed" mans name is John and he is awesome, laid back and doesn't have time for shenanigans he touches me the same way bc I am not able to have relaxed hands all the time and if you were treated so badly which I am SURE this is an exaggeration you should have taken yourself elsewhere instead of taking up other people's time that enjoy the experience, I have gone to other nail places and I will never go anywhere else ever as long as they are on business and no he doesn't do nail art which is his choice but his wife does and she's awesome at it and just for the record he also doesn't like women who wear a ton of perfume or body spray and they do not change polish ..... Deserves no star but I had to check one. Actually the man who work there or the owner was rude. As a walk in I needed my nails done and a detail on one nail on each hand. He smacked his lip and said they don't do that here and then said the girl who do is all booked up. He said he can only do a french manicure but if i dont want that done I/you can go someplace else. Since i had to go out of town I justvtook the french manecure for 42.00 and some change. I've been runnung around all morning but he wouldn't know that, and needed to use the bathroom after i sat there for a hour waiting. That was understandable to me because I was a walk in. I asked if they have a public restroom and he snapped and said yes do you need to go now. My response was no I can hold it for a minute, I have'nt begun to get my nails done yet, so he started. He grabbed my hand and started squeezing it hard. I didnt say anything until the fourth time he squeezed my hand and was twisting my fingers. I tried to make nice with this tatooed man and told him i understand you are strong but that really hurts my hand. Im in healthcare and maybe my hand aren't so relaxing but you're hurting my hands. So he backed off a little bit and apologized and then did it again. At that time I was mad and needed him to finish. During that time my phone ranged twice and he said rudely you can answer that later but I'm doing your nails. I told him that it wasn't a important call and he wanted to know why is that so I said each person who calls has a different ring. He said well they all sound the same, Duhhh. He got up turned the TV sat down took out his phone said excuse me and went to the back with it. Eventually he finished the first part of my nails. I washed my hands and once again asked if I can use the restroom. He smacked his lips at me and said "Go." After that I said that's OK I got to head out of time and don't need to waste anymore time. So putting on the French manicure he squeezed my hand again ad grabbed it while putting it on the post. After I have paid the money. Thank God he finished. He got up, I said thank you he said oh, thank you. I stayed for a few minutes for mt nails to dry. The other women there would look over at me and smile, I'm pretty sure she saw his behavior. Never will I go there again. This was my second time as a customer there and now I remember why I shouldn't of went the first time. The service was rude and limited by the man to me but very willing to take my money. Read Less
