My daughter birthday gift of getting a mani and pedi was not so great. She was very disappointed with the job the nail tech did. Calus removal was not done to her satisfaction and the mani polish looks terrible. I could of made it look better. Lines are not straight and took a long time. Very expensive for terrible service. I was looking for a new nail salon to get my nails and toes done since I am new to this area and I had no idea what to expect when I walked into the Polished Nails. I can't say this enough, they are amazing and do an great job! The staff there are experienced and know what they are doing! The prices are so reasonable and affordable. I love that they are so friendly and real women who know how to take care of your nails and feet! I get the gel/shellac done on my hands and the polished lasts up to 2.5-3 weeks! I used to get Pedis from different places but once I found this place, I have never gone anywhere else.  My pedi lasts for weeks.  The staff is awesome and friendly.  This is not a "burn and turn" place, meaning they don't try and get through as many people as possible, like other places I have gone to.  I prefer it that way.  They take their time and do a great job and make the experience second to none.  An appointment is preferred because they do take their time.  Try this place...trust me.  Ask for Lisa or Ginger. My friend and I drove around town looking for a nail salon that wasn't booked. They were able to take me. There were only 2 technicians working. I had their signature manicure. The price is very affordable. They had a wide range of polishes to choose from. I picked a pretty fall color and had her trim my nails because I broke 2. I like a rounded square nail and she didn't do a good job on some of them. The ones that were squared were not even and the others were most definitely not a square. Also, my cuticles were not done that well. Then, instead of exfoliation, they do oil and heated mitts for 10 minutes or so. It was nice and different. But the heat was uneven in the mitts and she left you while you "cooked". During the painting of the nails, she had to leave me and we were on the 2nd coat and one nail was partially painted. It was awkward. I did like how she got the nail polish right up to the sides though. But she didn't paint the tips of the nails to seal them in. Walked in to see if I could get a pedicure and sat there for 20+ minutes while every single employee there walked by, looked at me, yet did not acknowledge me whatsoever. Finally a lady asked had I been helped (after walking by me no less than 3 times) When I let her know that I hadn't she finally apologized and checked to see if there was any availability-of course not. I know to call ahead in the future to set up an appointment, however the lack of even an acknowledgement for no less than 20 minutes is completely unprofessional to me. Love this nail salon. Dominique is an exceptional talent when it comes to nails as well as waxing. The other ladies are also very friendly and fun. The interior design is very eye-pleasing and the prices are appropriate - definitely not on the expensive side. Their selection of nail polishes is very good. The ladies at Polished Nail are all wonderful. They are professional, kind, and consistently do a great job! My polish lasts longer than it ever has. They are always willing to squeeze me in and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I feel like an old friend when I'm there. Highly recommend!! Read Less

We did a girls spa day, got manis and pedis. The staff was friendly and they did an excellent job on our nails. The location was very clean, but a little small for the size of our party since they only had 3 chairs. I would definitely go back without a large party. Read Less
