Sandra did my nails and she was very meticulous , took her time and super nice. I don't get my nails done very often but I'm happy I walked in Envogue. I was able to walk in and not have to wait which I loved. They also do eyelashes and wax I am actually going to book the eyelashes to see if it's as good as the nails . I got a spa pedi with sugar it was $40 and gel nails $35. I gave Sandra a $20 tip because I loved her so much. Read Less

I have been a long time client for several reasons. The most important reason is that they have always done excellent work! Another is that I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Their salon is clean with lots of "service" and Polish choices. I became a client when the owners had a salon in Westerville where I live. When they sold that salon I started driving to New Albany. There are many choices in Westerville but I choose to drive the distance for the best service! Read Less

Trying to find someone who specializes in "solar nails" can be daunting. But the day I walked in to En Vogue and met Shae, everything fell into place. I was hoping that I would like this place since it's close to where I live. The one good thing was they were able to get me in for a pedicure right away as a walk in. The person who greeted me was fairly pleasant. However the lady that did my nails never introduced herself or said hi. The staff was very loud and talking about all their personal problems instead. They had music videos on and some were very inappropriate for a business. They had foul language and I felt very uncomfortable there. I can safely say I will not be back. Read Less

I came in for a dip polish (ANC/NexGen). The tech did a great job removing my old dip polish. She used the foil method and only used the electric buffer to get the initial top coat off (which I was very happy about). The reason for the one star is because she was not very good at doing a dip polish. I think I might've been her first attempt at it. She said their salon just got it a week ago. I left the salon with uneven lumpy nails because she hand buffed it instead of using the electric one to make sure it was even and the cuticle line was neat. I also don't think it was completely dry before I was told to go wash my hands. All in all, I think gel is the way to go if you go to this salon. Also, it's super expensive. Read Less

The folks here are rude! The woman got mad because I came a half hour before they close so she kept talking on the phone trying to guilt trip me about not getting home to her kid on time. I work down the street from the place and I see them open later than their closing hours daily. Do they treat all their customers like this?! One time I came back to give them one more chance and I got turned away cause they had a bridal party exclusive so I went back again and the same rude woman was talkin shit about that bridal party like she was annoyed. Clearly she hates her job and it shows. Be nice to people! The one time that I got another technician he had no design skills and they didn't offer any. Everyone is amazing and they do so well with nails! Not to mention, many of their customers have been going for YEARS - like 5-10+! And, those same customers have the staff's personal cell phone number! You really get treated like family! It's my "regular" place now....and I couldn't be happier!Read Less

I have been twice to get a pedicure. The first time I made an appointment 30 minutes prior to coming in and last time walked in and was taken right away. I would recommend always getring an appointment, they seem to be very busy especially during lunch hours and the weekend. They ask what kind of pedicure you want as they offer a few different ones. I always have gotten the basic spa pedicure and have always been happy. Pay cash for a discount.They have a huge selection of polish. The place is clean and comfortable. I went in to get a pedi, between a break from work and another appointment, arriving right at 5pm. I asked how long the wait would be, was told 30 minutes, then I followed up asking their average time for a pedi, and was advised about 30 to 40 minutes. I finally left after waiting an hour. As I went to leave and cross my name off the list, someone on the staff tried to get me to stay, explaining why it had taken so long. Her statement was to the effect that they only have 4 chairs and those are already filled.The reason for the low rating is not because I didn't get the pedi, rather my wasted time. With more accurate information about the wait & length of time for each pedi, I would have gladly set an appointment for the next day. Read Less

I was very excited to see a nail salon so close. I just moved out to NA and was in need of gel polish on my hands and a pedicure. My pedicure was ok. They don't have a place for you to dry your toes under lights so it was messed up before I left. My gel polish on my nails is chipped like my tinkerbell nail polish did as a child. I have never had this issue before and it was only one day after I had them done that the polish started coming off. I will look for another salon in the area and highly suggest you do too if you are considering this one. Read Less
