Absolutely love love getting my nails done here. Unlike your "assembly line" nail salons, it is personal, you sit down, have time to talk, enjoy getting pampered. You make appointments, and when you arrive, it is your time that is dedicated to YOU! No signing in and waiting and not knowing who you're going to get. This is your traditional salon, not an assembly line, if your looking for fast in and out, with little personal touch, this is NOT the place for you...if you want to feel pampered, and one-on-one attention--HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The woman was very condescending and rude. She insulted me for not calling ahead and expecting to be able to make an appointment at her house. Her basement was crowded and dirty. Do not recommend.

I was given a $100 gift card to this place. My friend and I showed up to this dirty house, with no parking lot. We were confused, and went to the door, but it was locked. We rang the doorbell, and a o...
I was given a $100 gift card to this place. My friend and I showed up to this dirty house, with no parking lot. We were confused, and went to the door, but it was locked. We rang the doorbell, and a old woman glared at us through the window and finally opened it. She rudely told us that she was booked full today and couldn't work on two people at the same time because she was the only one who works there. She then proceeded to harass us for coming to a nail salon "last minute". She lead us downstairs to check her appointment book and yelled at us to come closer so we could see the book. Her basement was a small cluttered area (out of TLC's Hoarders) with a dirty cat (that followed us in from outside) on the furniture. There was barely room to walk and it smelled very strongly of chemicals. She continued to harass us until we decided to leave. She was not helpful to accommodate us and was overall very rude. Surprised this place is still in business.

Teresa is a very experienced nail tech. She takes her time with each client and does quality work. Offers mani, pedi, facial, skin care and waxing. Best place in Mount Vernon to get pampered!

Walked in guy acted like he was too good to help or wait on anyone..one customer under dryer place empty besides that.he wouldnt answer questions..okay bye..

You make appointments, and when you arrive, it is your time that is dedicated to YOU! No signing in and waiting and not knowing who you're going to get.
