Owner is rude and does not care if she has your busines or not! Waited 3 hours for Mani and pedi . Half way through the pedi she told me she did not have time to give me a Mani and I would have to come back. The place is dirty and equipment is worn out. Price is way too high. The pedi I received was so so! She talked bad about the clients after they left
.This my first time there and I WILL NOT GO BACK

Great nails. She took in me and a friend right at closing as we were desperate because our nails had been jacked from another salon. Not only did she stay open, she fixed our nails beautifully.

The person my adult daughter and I dealt with when we walked in got very upset as my daughter signed us in, from what we gathered it was because she started to sign in on the wrong page. Â The women came away from her client shouting NO NO NO. Â So after we were "corrected" we waited about 2 minutes and decided that maybe this place was not for us. So my daughter went back up to the sign in sheet to cross out our names and the women again got up and hurried to the front desk , Â shouting all the way! Â Do not touch my paper, Â and my daughter said ok, you have a nice day! And the woman said no you have a nice day, get OUT and do not come BACK! Â I told her she was very rude and she said yes I am rude, YOU rude! Get OUT! Â I don't believe I have ever seen such unprofessional behavior. Â I am 54 yrs old and this was going to be my very first pedicure, not much interested in that anymore. Â No worries Tina's nails, I would not step foot in your place again if you paid me. What a bizarre experience!

I usually go to Eastgate, but decided to try Tina's this time. There are only two techs, so service was slow and my tech had to take a break in the middle of my pedi to work on someone else's manicure...
I usually go to Eastgate, but decided to try Tina's this time. There are only two techs, so service was slow and my tech had to take a break in the middle of my pedi to work on someone else's manicure. The facility wasn't fancy, and there was some clutter here and there, such as what appeared to be a hula hoop, some unused purses, office supplies, trash bags, etc. I prefer a more spa-like experience, but the actual pedicure was good and thorough.

I've been to plenty of nail salons and this one was definitely the worst. It was dirty (literally, garbage and papers sitting all over in one corner). The manicure and pedicure were not very detailed and I ended up with clear polish all over my finger tips. Plus, their prices are misleading. I got a manicure and pedicure. Sign says $16 for manicure and $30 for pedicure, which would be $46. I paid cash, which she said would be cheaper than paying with card (I'm assuming they give a cash discount as some salons do). She told me $50 and when I questioned her about it she said there was an extra $2 charge for polish which is total BS. Would not recommend and will never go there again.

I can't believe the reviews I'm seeing on here. Sue is the owner. She is VERY nice and did a great job on my pedicure. I called last minute on a Sunday and she opened just for me to come in. THATS what good customer service is. Prices are fair and she really did a great job. I will definitely be returning. I wouldn't listen to the other reviews I had a great experience here.

Owner is rude and does not care if she has your busines or not! Waited 3 hours for Mani and pedi . The person my adult daughter and I dealt with when we walked in got very upset as my daughter signed us in, from what we gathered it was because she started to sign in on the wrong page. Â The women came away from her client shouting NO NO NO. Â So after we were "corrected" we waited about 2 minutes and decided that maybe this place was not for us. I usually go to Eastgate, but decided to try Tina's this time. There are only two techs, so service was slow and my tech had to take a break in the middle of my pedi to work on someone else's manicure. I've been to plenty of nail salons and this one was definitely the worst. It was dirty (literally, garbage and papers sitting all over in one corner). The manicure and pedicure were not very detailed and I ended up with clear polish all over my finger tips. Plus, their prices are misleading. I got a manicure and pedicure. Sign says $16 for manicure and $30 for pedicure, which would be $46. I paid cash, which she said would be cheaper than paying with card (I'm assuming they give a cash discount as some salons do). She told me $50 and when I questioned her about it she said there was an extra $2 charge for polish which is total BS. Would not recommend and will never go there again.
