I love Nevaeh! The staff are very welcoming and immediately offer you coffee, tea or water and escort you to the waiting area. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for any of my hair or nail appointments. Alivia is the BEST! I had my nails done and hair cut the 1st week of Dec. I had a fake nail that I had found of my daughters. I took the nail and asked if the girl could do mine like that one. She said "yes". We picked out the colors. She started and when finished they were beautiful. The base was same color as my own nails so know that they have grown out you can't tell it. This place is really nice, I've only gone here once and I really liked the girl who did my hair. Although she did take off more than what I expected, I still liked it though. This place has a lot to offer, you can get your hair done or get a massage, etc. It's a little hard to find though unless your a local. It was my first time at a spa ever so of course it was extremely exciting. I went in for an oxygen facial recommended by lynn at the minerva location. I have been struggling with acne for some time now. After the facial i do notice my face does look a little better. Its brighter a little less pigmentation not alot of redness. My skin is softer and feels alot better. I know completely fixing my scars and acne problems will take some work and some repeat appointments. I didn’t... realize how relaxed i was from the facial until i stood up it was amazing. Lynn was amazing. The only thing i was disappointed in was the cost of the enzyme. I did alot of research before hand and on the site and the services pamphlet it doesnt state they enzyme that is used in conjunction with the oxygen facial was an addition cost of 20$ so that was disappointing that it is not disclosed anywhere. The ladies at Nevaeh did amazing work for my wedding day! My updo was perfect and stayed put all day & night. My makeup was flawless and I've never felt more beautiful! Thank you Natalie & Lynn! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the day of my wedding, I didn't have the same girl as my trial day. Dave and Lori were fabulous In Their respective fields.   Dave used just the right amount of pressure in my massage and I would love to use him again in the future.  I was totally relaxed and he spoke to me about how tense I was in certain areas.  Lori was informative the entire time through my facial without being overbearing.  She let me know what was happening and hats always good when getting a facial.  I felt completelyHydrated after the facial.  I would NOT hesitate to recommend or use either Dave or Lori in the future.   They are a vital part of why I will come back and use NevAeh spa in the future.   Thanks so much!! Made an appointment for gels and was told on arrival that the salon only does acrylic with gel overlay. The website really needs fixed because that is not stated anywhere. And there booking allows you to select "full set - gels" so I'm not sure why they're advertising a service that isn't provided. I had to opt out for a basic manicure with gel polish & wasted time that could have been better spent waiting for an appointment somewhere that DOES gels. I was also told that nobody on site could do the design I had in mind. The staff seemed friendly and Alissa did good work. But I'm a little disappointed in the overall experience I had. Read Less
