It's a very clean and updated salon. This used to be my go to Salon but the past three times I have gone I've had a miserable experience. Today I had an appointment for an SNS Manicure and a normal Pedicure at 1:30pm. I walked in the door as the clock turned 1:31. I signed in and the young girl (she may have been 15) told me to pick out my colors. I explained that I had a 1: 30 appointment and she said there would be just a few minutes to go ahead and choose my selections. I picked out my colors and sat down. I waited patiently until 2:00pm when two women walked in and without even signing in we're seated in Pedicure Chairs. I asked the young girl how long it would be since I had an appointment at 1: 30 and it was already 2:00. she had to ask multiple people working there to get an answer and then came back to tell me that it would be at least 30 to 45 minutes until they could start on me. That put me at an hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I asked why it was going to take so long when my appointment was at 1: 30 and one of the gentlemen working replied that I came in late so they sat the next person before me. This is a very similar story to what happened to me the two previous times I have gone in. I used to rave about this place and would send all of my friends there. Not anymore. I'm sad to say that the gift certificate I was given for Christmas is going to go to waste, because I will not be giving this facility any more of my money for the way they treated me the past few times I have gone in. They do amazing work on nails, but their customer service is seriously lacking. Read Less

I took my granddaughters to get their nails done and they did the first one fine but the second they got up and left to go attended to another customer left my granddaughter sitting like they weren't a paying customer so I don't suggest taking kids there Read Less

I stopped in without an appointment to get my daughter's nails painted and they were able to get to her within 20 min or so, but did a total rush job. Two finger nails looked very bad because my daughter hit them on the chair and instead of fixing them properly they were just wiped off and painted before the nail cleaner had dried. Leaving both nails looking very bad. There was also pain all over her hands from the lady rubbing the paint that got on her cuticles. Worst of all I gave a big tip (because I was happy they got her in) before I noticed the poor quality. With so many nail shops I'll pick a different one next time. Read Less

I went here to have my acrylic nails removed (I didn't have time to go to my normal shop before leaving town). I sat down, he started out trimming the edges of the acrylics off, before I even realized what the guy was doing he had plied two of the fake nails off, taking with it several layers of my natural nail. No acetone or prepping, just ripped them right off. After decimating my nails he Ames if that was all... no shaping or filing. My nails were a mess. I asked if he could put a clear coat to add a little strength to them. He did, but they peeled off within a day. It will take weeks for my nails to grow out and recover. Do not go here. Read Less

Terrible customer service and terrible manicures!  I went to DK the first time for a gel manicure unknowingly the Friday before a high school homecoming and my manicurist rushed and missed spots on my nails as well as painted my actual fingers a couple times and did not correct it.  Due to the crowd I let this slide and didn't think anything of it.  I went back a week later to get a gel color change and was the only one there and somehow the experience was worse than the first.  This manicurist rushed me to pick a color despite me being the only client at the time, missed tons of polish when removing the previous color and was then super rude to me when I politely asked her to remove it.  Then when applying the the new color she painting many fingers and left polish running under my nails as well.  I'm sure they are capable of great work, but they let their bad attitudes and piss poor customer service get in the way. Excellent experience! I took my 83 yr old mother there for a mani-pedi. They were super nice to her, very warm and friendly while being very professional. They did an excellent job, her nails look great. The salon is very clean and they have a great selection of services. Their prices are good and they seem to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. I'm very happy we found them. Read Less
