I am VERY hard to please when it comes to nail salons! I very rarely go back to a salon twice because I'm usually always dissatisfied. 1. Please don’t push something that a guest does not want. It comes off extremely rude and pisses people off. 2. It took over an hour to just get my nails ON which is absolutely ridiculous when there are many people working and not very many people in the shop. I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time to even sit in a chair. 3. In the middle of doing my nails, my nail tech was gone for over 10 minutes halfway through doing my nails. HORRIBLE!!! Do not go here for SNS. My nails are ruined! He cut them way to short! You can see my skin over the top of my nail! They were long before. But once he cut one I had to cut them all! The SNS is uneven and bumpy and REALLY thick!!! The man who did them was very nice he just didn't know what he was doing I guess. I asked for my money back and they said they would fix them for free. Which is nice but I don't have time to do that today and I am going out of town tomorrow for a trip. I asked for my money back several times and they said no! I went to this nail salon last week for the first time and i had a wonderful experience! Tyler did an awesome job on my SNS! The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. I was very pleased with my nails and would definitely recommend them! A good nail salon is hard to come by these days but I definitely plan to go back to Tip Toe! Read Less

I went about a week and a half ago to get the SNS nails. The older gentleman who did them did a horrible job. They were too thick, unevenly shaped and smudged (I asked for square. Which my nails were to begin with.) I paid for them anyway. I left and went back a little later and asked for them to be fixed. Mac "fixed" them. Not really. They were still too thick and uneven but I had enough for one day. I went back today to have them taken off. They were taken off and fil...ed and shaped...quite poorly at that. Not even a clear top coat put on. My nails were again unevenly shaped ( Does anyone in there know what a square nail is??) & rough. I ended up taking a file to them to smooth the rough spots so I would stop snagging things. Maybe if they weren't in such a hurry to get to everyone (Try making appointments & sticking to them. Terrible. Just went today and got sns, less than 8 hrs all of them are chipped. There's a reason Qnail was packed, I should've stayed with my regular where they know what they're doing. Unbelievable. My SNS usually last 3 weeks when I get it done at Qnail. Waste of time and money here!!! Read Less

Went in for a pedicure and had my toenails painted. It was so relaxing and the young man did a great job. At the last minute I decided to also have a manicure and SNS on my fingernails. They took the time to help me match my toenail polish and did a great job on my fingernails too. Will definitely be back! Read Less

Had my first appointment this morning and ended up having the acrylic nails removed and my nails done with their SNS system. Did not get tips put on this time, but Tyler assured me that my own nails would look good. They do and I am very happy with this new, healthy nail process. Tyler is my boy… he turned my nails from disgusting disaster to beautiful, long, and strong with the SNS manicure. I don't even have to get acrylic tips put on anymore because my own nails have grown out so much. At TipToes they always remember your name, how you like to have your hands and feet treated, and even what you like to drink while you're having your service.
