Excellent small, locally-owned salon! I have been a customer since before Erica became the owner and have enjoyed what she has turned it into! I originally began as Erica's client until Larissa stole me away a couple years ago. I have had changed my hair style many times since going and they have always been more than accommodating. Cuts are always great, color is stellar when I pick the right ones (not their fault I'm a moron). Even if the salon visit is lengthy it's enjoyable.
I've also taken my daughter since she was about 18 months and tho that's not their specialty, it's always been a great experience!
I will continue to go here until they kick me out!

Myself and my best friend made an appointment a week in advance, we asked for two people so we could get our hair cut at the same time because we had some things to do before a vacation we are going on. We arrive at the salon at 10 am, to be told only one person(Brittany) was doing each of our hair. We we're aggravated by it, but let it go, then we were seated because Brittany was late while everyone else was taken back! We made an appointment first thing when they opened, we had other commitments, this is why an appointment was made. Finally at 10:20 my friend was taken back, and at 11:00 I was taken back. We missed our nail appointment at another place and to cancel due to this was very aggravated. My hair looked horrible, I had to go the Supercuts to get it fixed a week later. I got curious as to why my natural curly hair looked horrible, so I staightened it, and found only one layer at the top, it looked like she put a bowl on the top part of my hair, and cut around it! Will not ever visit here again.

I've gone to Shear Kaos Salon for a few years and always have a great experience. I went from a high end salon for a long time, but moved and decided to try Big League and a few other places before going to Shear Kaos. Turn over was insane at the other places, so I never knew what kind of cut I would get.
Shear Kaos is reliable and provides excellent service for a fair price. I highly recommend them!

I have never seen a worse hair cut in my life. Lori went in over the weekend with long hair and came out with hair shorter than mine and mine is pretty short I have never seen her with short hair and she didn't ask for short hair and it's so uneven. It's not even close to what lori asked for and the one thing she asked for was for her bangs to be fixed and they weren't even touched. I wouldn't go to this establishment if my life depended on it. The stylist that did this cut was Erin, I think she needs to go back to beauty school.

Worst haircut I have ever ever had. Have not had 1 good comment. All "what did you do to your hair"? It looks like I tried to cut it myself and butchered it. Told Erin several times my hair has no body and has to be layered. NOT ONE layer done. Told her several times holding my hands to my face with fingertips at cheekbones to angle around my face. NOT DONE. Told her several times my bangs just hang without sculpting. NOT DONE. All I got was over 8 inches cut off my hair, sho...rter than since I was a small child, uneven, flat, and worst haircut I have ever seen and I spent $180 total and now will have to spend more to get this mess fixed. AVOID if you cherish your hair. I have been crying since I straightened the huge ridiculous curls she put in right after my cut was done. Went for cut and high lite/low lite. I have always had longer hair mid back or just above. She marked on my back where my hair would be after removing dead ends which was a few inches above top of bra line. Several inches below shoulders. When she got done immediately curled before I saw length so I thought was so short from curls(explains why didn't see before curled she knew cut my hair way to short). My hair is shorter than I have EVER had it. It barely, if straightened touches my shoulders. My kids all freaked. My daughter who did not want to hurt my feelings cried. Because my hair so short it not only aged me 10yrs but made me look heavier. NO ONE liked my cut and my roots are brassy and orangish (which I said to her she said only because wet). My bangs which I mentioned several times had to be trimmed and sculpted were not done so look just as bad as when I went in. Everyone wanted to know where I got butchered so they would know where NOT to go. I spent$180 at this salon with color, cut, grandsons cut, and shampoo and conditioner. WORST spent money ever I cry every time I look in mirror. AVOID this place which is a shame as my grandson had good cut but not worth risk.

I rented out Shear Kaos for my bridal party and it was INCREDIBLE! Everything went smoothly and it was actually fun, not stressful! I had about 9 hair styles and makeups and they were super flexible and got us in and out ahead of schedule. Everything held up and lasted for almost 12 hours (and probably could have gone longer!) I felt so beautiful and my bridesmaids looked fabulous. They even got us some champagne and donuts! I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent small, locally-owned salon! I have been a customer since before Erica became the owner and have enjoyed what she has turned it into! I originally began as Erica's client until Larissa stole me away a couple years ago. I have had changed my hair style many times since going and they have always been more than accommodating. Cuts are always great, color is stellar when I pick the right ones (not their fault I'm a moron). Even if the salon visit is lengthy it's enjoyable.

Myself and my best friend made an appointment a week in advance, we asked for two people so we could get our hair cut at the same time because we had some things to do before a vacation we are going on. I've gone to Shear Kaos Salon for a few years and always have a great experience. I went from a high end salon for a long time, but moved and decided to try Big League and a few other places before going to Shear Kaos. Turn over was insane at the other places, so I never knew what kind of cut I would get.
Shear Kaos is reliable and provides excellent service for a fair price. I highly recommend them!

I had about 9 hair styles and makeups and they were super flexible and got us in and out ahead of schedule. Everything held up and lasted for almost 12 hours (and probably could have gone longer!)
