They didnt cut our actual nails or clean the dirt out before applying acrylics. They didnt even fill the acrylic all the way so we have to go back sooner than 2 weeks. The paint is smeared. Bad atmosphere. Read Less

Enjoy Your Read 😝 I have never taken the time to complain about a business on social media until now. I started going to this salon recently. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are suggested. I have done both and have waited 45 min to an hour each time. I made an appointment for which I was asked my name and phone number. I arrived at the scheduled time. After choosing a polish I was taken to a station to have the shellac removed. I asked the girl if she could do a repair "hack" on a natural nail that I saw on Facebook. ( I even brought the tiny piece of wrap). She responded with, " it wouldn't work... besides, I don't have any glue or scissors". WHAT!? You do nails for Pete's sake. You do acryllics!! You cut off the super glue tips with little scissors! 🤔 Ok?! She was rude during this conversation. Basically, don't ask me to do anymore than I need to.😫 I am now told to step aside as she has to take care of another client who's picking out polish first. OK?! 😕 As I sat for 45 minutes, I thought of all the things I could be doing. It reminded me of a Seinfeld episode where Jerry's at the airport and goes to the rental car desk. He's told he has no car. He then tells the car rep, "so, you TAKE the reservation, but you don't HOLD the reservation". Same thing here. When I was finally taken... by a different girl, I decided I was done. Take off the polish...I'm done. I let her know of my dissatisfaction. She explained they are busy...yada yada. I get it but...1) When I waited an hour the first time as a walk in, it was suggested I make an appt because they take appointments first and 2) You took my phone number...CALL ME if you're running behind. Yeah......not going back anytime soon. The only reason they were given 1 star is because it wouldn't post without! Hahahahahaha!! P.S. It was ok, great prices and the staff is very friendly. A fill is just $18 (extra for extra services of course). They recognized their regulars. They do honor appointments first and they get busy but take walk ins. They care about their service but I just wasn't overly impressed with my nails.Read Less

Only giving one star because I have to. I used to love the nails, they were good and very close to my house but I recently moved away and had to go else where. Well I was home last weekend, and decided to have a full set re done so I went into the nails. My set was so beautiful! $70 beautiful.. and normally I don't have a problem with the price. 3 days later all the nails started to pop off. Here I am a week later and ALL OF THE NAILS HAVE SNAPPED OFF. I am so upset that I spent so much money for them to just come off. I would like to be compensated for this ! Read Less

I came here for the first time for a pedicure with a few friends. It was awesome, i read great review online. So then i decided to let them do my nails. Recently i removed the acrylic nails and decided to go for shellac. Of course my real nails were super thin from the acrylic. The first time was ok, not overly pleased or disatisfied. I didnt like the color when she applied, but i didnt say anything. I had the 1st application of shellac for about 2 weeks. My shellac started ...to peel right off my nail, 3 to be exact. I went to the salon for a new shellac application. Also my thumb nail split in the middle and was about to break in half. This time i didnt realize until i left and was on better lighting that the polish was so thinly put on that you could actually see my real nail undermeath. Still i didnt go complain.. But today only 5 days after the 2 d application i have had 2 more nails split. I am beyond upset. But im sure if i complain nothing will be done. Never would i recommend them to anyone. I've been coming to this place for about 2 years and I have a great experience with a few nail techs there (wish I knew their names). They are incredible, very personable and fun to talk to. I stopped here a week or so ago when I was having the urge for a pedicure.  I'd read mixed Yelp-reviews but decided to give it a go anyway.The price was right, $30 for the general pedicure in the spa chair with massager.  It is an older shop, but the chairs are newer.  There were a couple other people in the shop too, some for mani, some for pedi.  The guy who did my toes did a nice job.  He took his time and I felt did a thorough job.  He accidentally did clip some skin which started to bleed, but he acknowledged it, apologized, and cleaned the area multiple times.  The polish was done nicely and after almost 2 weeks, still looks good.I'd definitely go back. Every time I come home to Cleveland I stop in for a pedi. The price is right, the place is clean, and the service is friendly. I've never had a bad experience here! I've never needed to make an appointment, I just stop in and am seated right away. I'm amazed by this place. The upbeat vibe and friendly staff are amazing. I hade acrylics removed as well two major repairs (natural stiletto nails under the acrylic ripping off). It was totally painless and the new gels to support them are amazing! The pedi was also phenomenal! Pricey( due to my acrylic removal ) but so worth the indulgence! Got a pedicure here on a whim and the guy doing it kept commenting on what I was wearing and said my tattoo needed touched up. I put my sunglasses on so he would stop talking and he kept going on, saying unprofessional things like "all girls have an anchor tattoo" and "I had a bad one (pedicure) earlier". He told me my sunglasses looked like Harry Potter. I would only come here again if I wanted to be harassed. Not a good experience. Read Less

I've been a regular & loyal client here for about 9 years and this is the BEST nail salon I've ever been to. Always super friendly, my nails always look perfect and MOST importantly, they have PERFECT sanitization practices. Always brand new files so I don't have to worry about the last client's dead skin behind rubbed all over me. ..ick! Is recently tried 2 other recommended places that were closer to home. ..
