Horrible place to go! Can not stress enough about it! My cousin went there and she came back the next day because her nails were yellow and they told us she didn’t understand and that we weren’t nail people. Horrible customer service. I walked in and the guy made it seem like I was inconveniencing him for being there. Not to mention he's sitting cross legged with his shoes off playing on his phone. Then I sit down to wait and he points down the hall and says "go" .... when I came back to pay I stood there and waited for him to stop playing on his phone and then he didn't even have change for me he had to get it from one of the girls! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Came in on a Sunday evening for a mani & pedi. The gel manicure bubbled and chipped the next day. Went back to complain and after the staff argued with me, they offered to fix the polish. The VERY NEXT DAY the polish chipped and bubbled AGAIN (today). I am sitting here now and they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes even though I called ahead and showed them the areas of concern. They are again, very rude..& basically blayming ME for their work!? I have ALWAYS gotten gel manicures and they usually last 2-3 weeks chip free! My daughter and I went to Venetian Nails in the Dayton Mall because it was close to where we were, and it was getting late in the evening. I promised my daughter a, "girlie's evening" with me, and wanted to keep my promise! We were only going for a, "mani/gel polish!" We both had unpolished, natural nails when we went in. We were there all of, maybe, 20 minutes. No personal interactions with myself or my daughter!!! I was charged an UNBELIEVABLE $100.09 (for only 2 sets of gel polish!) ...and my daughter left with 2 bleeding cuticles!!! We did NOT have on any polish, etc.! RIDICULOUS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! This place has horrible customer service, everyone who was working was rude and we only knew we were done because the staff started packing up to leave for the day. We had to ask if our nails would be dry enough to put our shoes on and the man at the counter (I'm assuming he's the owner?) Just said "I don't know, you touch them and see" as if he was annoyed by our question... So unproffessional, and honestly seemed a bit dirty, I didn't see any kind of autoclave or uv system anywhere. I would not suggest this place to any person who seeks proper customer service.My fiance had received a gift card for her bridal shower. Her sister was not told the gift card would only be honored at the Dayton Mall location. My fiance then went to The Greene, and would not have her gift card honored.BOTH location's acted as if they did not care, would not help find a resolution that would be fair to us and the company. I have been getting No-Chip manicures for the last two years - this was the most expensive manicure I have ever paid for and the worst manicure I ever received. The technician clearly was rushed and didn't allow enough time for the nails to dry - the polish bubbled and starting pealing off with-in the first week. I would never go back. Read Less

I went to the Dayton mall location to have pedicure, and a full set. The full set starting falling off after 3 days, I could literally peel them off. Also felt pressured to get the upgraded pedicure, people know what they want when they come in dont pressure them to buy something more expensive. I spent a lot of money with pedicure and full set just to have full set fall off several days later. I wont be going here again. Read Less
