The Urban Loft is a real gem in downtown Miamisburg. I get an excellent cut and style for a reasonable price. The shop is neat and the staff extremely friendly. The only downside is the parking. If you're lucky, you can park in front of the shop. If it's a busy time of day, you may be walking a few blocks to get there.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9 am this morning.I got there at 10 minutes til 9 and sat there til 920 waiting.The lady at desk never said anything like Trish was running late or anything. I think she was the lady that came in around 912 carrying Kroger bag ,then had to make a call on her cell phone.Very rude place and I will never go back.They have no concern for good customer service obviously...

It would literally take 20 minutes... they're lazy and unprofessional I would not recommend this "salon" to anyone but unfortunately I received a gift card so I have to spend it some how lol SALTY

I took my girls in yesterday. The stylist did an amazing job. The staff was friendly, and I even got an appointment reminder. I am about to make an appointment for myself. I am very satisfied.

When my daughter showed up for her appointment this morning, which Urban Loft called me to confirm yesterday, she was told her stylist was out of the country and they were sorry, but they were booked up today. They asked if she wanted to reschedule. She told them she had the appointment to get her hair done for her senior pictures this afternoon. I then went in, and the attitude was, "Sorry, you're out of luck!" No offer of a discount or gift certificate for the inconvenience or anything. They offered to reschedule, and I told them we wouldn't be back! Poor customer service!

Well unfortunately, this is not a praise review. I purchased a gift certificate a while ago for my wife. I finally call in today as my wife and I have very busy careers, so this is the first chance to surprise her by scheduling an appointment for her birthday! Much to my surprise, I am told the gift certificate is no longer acceptable because there is a new owner and they gave everybody six months to redeem their gift card. However, I was not notified of this so I am out the money spent for my wife. Let alone not being able to suprise her for her birthday. I understand that people have a business to run and things but I am a proud miamisburg resident and support local businesses quite a bit. It is very dissapointing to say the least.

The Urban Loft is a real gem in downtown Miamisburg. I get an excellent cut and style for a reasonable price. The shop is neat and the staff extremely friendly. The only downside is the parking. If you're lucky, you can park in front of the shop. If it's a busy time of day, you may be walking a few blocks to get there.
