I typically go to this nail salon and the service is usually hit or miss. I try to request Ana when I do go because she always takes her time and the out come is usually really good. Some of the other technicians I have had do tend to rush and the outcome can occasionally not be so great. All in all, I do like this salon. Read Less

First time and everyone seemed really nice. I went with a group. The pedicure was nicely done but then whatever scrub used burned my skin and I have a rash on the top of my foot. The guy who did my nails wasn’t wearing a name tag but he rushed me through and my nails had huge globs that were still wet and runny hours later. I wouldn’t get my nails painted there ever again. This was my first time ever coming to this facility and my experience was HORRIBLE!!! Very nicely decorated on the inside but the staff are very rude. I had the Nail Tech names “ LU” he was very rude and rushed me. He did a terrible job on my nails they look like a 3 year old painted them and he didn’t clean the access polish off. The place was beautiful, but the technician “LU” was entirely too rude. He was upset that I wanted to sit with my friends and was annoyed when I asked for my nails to be more rounded and then cut my finger while filing my nails. Sorry but I won’t be back. Read Less

I’ve had an excellent experience both times I’ve come here. I don’t live in Ohio so this is my go to when I’m in town. I have gotten amazing service during my visits. But the best part for me is the friendly staff. Ask for Bobby, he’s great! Read Less

I really like that I've been a walk in twice and am usually seated within 15 -20 minutes.   The staff is very friendly and and the facility is nice and clean.   They have a bar and offer drinks during your session.   I've even brought my husband to get a pedicure. ..ill be back again. Read Less

Here I sit, beyond frustrated fixing my nails. Not only did Jenny do a terrible job on my nails but I was charged the full set price of $42 for a fill in. Unprofessional and their only concern is up selling. I will do my nails myself before I ever step foot in this establishment again. Read Less

I've been here three times and will not return after my last visit. The facility is very nicely decorated and maintained, however the service is poor overall. The only person there that I've had a positive action with is Tony. The manager Mike is always friendly as well. Unfortunately, Tony was not available this visit. My experience yesterday is what prompted doing a review. My tech, Mai, was not the friendliest person to start. She made no conversation with me, which is fine as not everyone is for small talk, but it made me feel out of place as she talked to everyone around me...except me. However, she rushed through doing my nails and cut my nails without asking specific length. I wanted them short thankfully, however she cut them so short that they don't even look like acrylics. They are BARELY tips. Okay fine, they will grow a bit...however, my breaking point was when she was filling the sides of my fingers. As anyone who does nails or has had their nails done knows, glue adheres to the sides of the nails and your fingers which requires you to press back the skin on the sides. She failed to do this and sliced TWO of my fingers open. Two. Fingers. The first one was minimal and didn't hurt or barely bled. I completely shrugged it off. The second however, it HURT. My finger is so tender. She seemed apologetic, which helped. My problem is that this isn't the first time this has happened. The last time I went here I had my finger cut (not as badly as this time). This is clearly due to rushing through the manicure and not paying attention. I was so anxious to leave after this that I tried to leave before my manicure was dry and smudged my nails up and didn't even care. I just wanted to go. My nails are too short, too thick and my finger still hurts. I will not return, nor recommend this place in the future. Disappointing. Read Less

The worst place I've ever been to! The lady that did my acrylics was so rough, cut my finger by being careless with the nail grinder and didn't listen to a damn thing I said. Horrible customer service. Could barely speak English. I mean she had my nails messed up! They weren't even symmetrical at all!!! If it wasn't for my friend going up the the manager and complaining I would have walked out with crazy nails! I never write reviews or complain because I'm always super umderstanding, but there were no excuses for this lady, she was pure evil. I could write a lot more but it's honestly not even worth it. Everyone will always experience things differently, but because of her and a lot of other things I'll never go back. The interior of this place was really nice and that had me very excited for a great mani and pedi, however, what I left with was horrible. I got a pedicure done first and that was fine but the manicure was horrendous. I asked for powder-dipped nails and what I left with looked like pieces of bubble gum on my nails. Not only did they do powder dip but they topped it with gel with then did a UV light? That was not what i asked for and the other women in my party who got powder-dipped nails, didn't have that done. I went and asked them to shave off some of the "bubble" on the nails and the technician, named Tim, was reluctant about it, as if I had burdened him after he ruined my nails.This was four or five days ago and I am going to a different salon to have these "bubbles" taken off because my nails hurt and burn every time I touch the surface of them. If I was local to Springboro, I would be going back to get my money reimbursed.All this being said, another woman I was with had Sophia do her pedi and mani and she did a fabulous job. I came with my mom for her birthday for pedicures with my sister as well. We were seated immediately and all together which was great! We were offered refreshments right when we sat down. Our techs were Amy, holly, and another man(he didn't have a name tag) and they were all very nice. Amy was very personable and funny. They all didn't mind when we were laughing because of our tickley feet! The polish looks great and the lavender scrub was amazing. The water was the perfect temp and the hot towel addition was great. The pedicure took about 30 min. Even when my mom knicked her polish on the dryer Amy gladly fixed it. I would recommend this place to a friend and will definitely come back. Read Less
