I came in with my mom and sister & it took so long that they only had time to fit in them two. I didn't fuss I just made an appointment for the next morning at 10:30 I arrived on time at my schedule time and the guy who I was schedule with was doing someone's pedicure. He told me to wait. I waited 30 minutes and then he told me come back in an hour. A little pissed I still returned in the hour I get back and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes because he was still working on the same lady but now her hands. I finally sit down and only wanted to fill and to get two nails fixed and he didn't apologize just said he will only discount TWO DOLLARS for my inconvenience & was very rude about it?!?! It cost me more in gas going back-and-forth to this AWFUL place!!! If you value your time and your money DO NOT step foot in this place. Read Less

Worst nail shop I have ever been to in my life don't let these reviews fool you like I did the lady who did my nails got loud rough and cut my fingers with nail filer they look horrible than after getting crazy and ghetto she told me to do them myself trying to hand the nail filer to me plus it smells horrible inside I was looking for new place to do my nails I made the absolute worst mistake going here don't waste your money coming here July 5th 2017 the day I went I tried posting pics of the nail tech on their website but doesn't pop up Read Less

For those of you like me, who aren't great at commitment, this is a walk in only nail salon. Making an appointment ahead of time can sometimes be quite stressful, or I just keep forgetting all together! So when summer was here and my feet weren't ready, I was able to waltz in here on a whim and get a beautiful pedicure. There's your typical wall of polishes to choose from, but some brands I don't recognize and wasn't sure of the quality. They did have plenty of China Glaze and OPI and I was able to find a color I liked. You are always welcome to bring your own polish as well. There are 12 each of pedicure and manicure stations. The pedicure chair was adjustable and comfy. I didn't try the massage controls. There was a television with the news on. The decor is neutral and serene. When I arrived, I was able to be taken directly back after signing in. By the time I left, there were people waiting, it was hopping! There were plenty of staff on, about 10 technicians I believe. I don't think anyone waited longer than a half hour. They appeared to be sanitizing the equipment pretty well to my untrained eye. The technician I got seemed to be running the store. I asked for a spa pedicure over the basic. It was aggressive and fast. It took about 30 minutes in all. Other patrons were being worked on longer. I don't think my technician cheated me, she was just very efficient. If you don't mind a quick aggressive pedicure, this is the place for you. It is not a relaxing full service spa type experience but it's super convenient and I was thrilled with the quality of the results. I paid $32+ tip. I have been going to nail lacquer for my past two mani and pedis. This will be the last time that I gets my nails done here. The staff is friendly and nice, but unfotunately, everytime I get my nails done here they chip within days. I got a gel manicure for my birthhday on Friday night. By Monday morning 3 of my nails had chipped. With tip it cost me $45. I spent $45 for my nails to last 2 days. I went back into the salon and showed them and they did fix them, but 3 days later, more nails had chipped. I gave them a second chance this past Saturday and got a pedicure. Same problem. By Monday morning 2 of my toe nails had chipped. I just looked down at my toes and 6 out of the 10 are chipped now. I spent $40 for my pedicure to last 2 days. I don't have the schedule to go back everytime and get them fixed. I have gone to many, many salons to get pedicures and I have NEVER had a problem with the paint chipping. Usually, the pedicure lasts up to a month. Sadly, I will be finding a new nail salon. Read Less

I was disappointed by my manicure which didn't last 2 days.  While still getting my nails painted one smudged, the manicurist, a gentleman,  didn't start over but just added more paint and more top coat.  After drying it started to buckle.  I showed him and he just dismissed me saying he would add more top coat which I knew wouldn't work.  I should have insisted but I left and the that nail just got worse and another nail which I also be overly applied smudged the next day.  The overall nail job didn't last more than 2 days.  It could have been the quality of the polish but I felt like it was mishandled.  I was on my way out of town, I don't live there so I didn't have a chance to go back.  My toes, which he did first were well done and two weeks later still looked great.  I would just suggest being more assertive and be careful with quality of the polishes they offer. I love this place but the last two times I have gone I was forced to get a new set when I got one a month before and today I got a fill and polish change and she painted one of my nails I had to have fixed the wrong color and they look very sloppy. very disappointed because I feel she felt rushed. she did not take her time.Read Less

I love this nail salon. It is walk in only, which I love, and they are speedy at getting the manicure started. All of the technicians I have had are friendly and talkative. Also, it is very clean. Very little dust, and I don't fear they are re using tools from other clients. No creepy windex bottles or questionable practices. The manicurists are meticulous and my manicures always look amazing. Prices are comparable to others in the area but I will continue to come here just for the good service and sanitary environment. Read Less

Decided to try this place out as it's walking distance from home. I found my new nail place. This place is incredibly clean and the women who work here are incredibly nice. The last place I got my nails done did a lousy job which required these guys to spend 30 minutes trying to get the gel off my nails that had been layered on by another nail saloon. The woman who was doing my nails was patient. My nails now look amazing! Can't wait to go back for a pedi! Read Less
