I had a massage with Jena and A pedicure with Lauren. They were both incredibly sweet. I was a new guest to the salon and had my massage set up first. Jamie is amazing at what she does! She threads and tints my brows. They have never looked better. If you have skin issues she will work with you to figure out what you may be eating that is causing a rash, acne or discoloration. I’m a new employee here, with 10 years experience I have worked at other salons and this one is the largest! The girls in the Spa are phenomenal and I know we offer a higher standard of care and extensive product knowledge while working together to make the dream work. I went here for the first time ever and I've never felt more unwelcomed at a salon before. I felt so uncomfortable and was treated so rudely while I was explaining what I wanted done with my hair. The hairstylist acted like I was dumb and offended me with the disgust she portrayed when she was talking about my split ends. I felt like she rushed through my appointment and I have so much unevenness throughout my hair. This is unacceptable for a senior hairstylist and I expect my hair to look great when I'm paying $140 for it. Never going back again. Everyone else there was nice though. Read Less

Every time I go to Francesco's, the service is top notch! The staff finds the right balance between getting to know you, but also realizing you are here to relax and enjoy some quiet time in the spa. I went on my birthday and treated myself to getting my hair done with Teresa and a mani and pedi with Jessica. They were fabulous and I can't stop looking at my hair, fingernails, and toes since then. For a 61 year old who is an overweight frumpy gal , I look wonderful thanks to them. I have been getting weekly massages for almost two years. My regular massage person went on vacation for two weeks so I decided to try something new -- but ended up switching over to Francesco's completely. My reasons for the change are:1) better bed (softer, more comfortable on face) 2) better massage (more attentive touch, more relaxing overall)3) steam shower included after massage4) many small details that add up (lighting, friendly staff, cleanliness, parking, etc)I am thankful to have discovered this place! Just stopped in to purchase a gift certificate and was a little disappointed in the desk personnel. They weren't pleasant at all and one of them was on a personal call the entire time I was there. I purchased the gift card and given a folder and when I got to my card to look at it, it had no price sheet or any of the services that they offered. I went back to wait while the girl I had was helping another customer and the other woman was still on her personal call. When I did get service I was told that they used their last info sheet and didn't have anymore. I said it was a gift and asked if I could write down some of the services that they offered. I was told that she could give me individual sheets with prices and she grudgingly went to the file cabinet to retrieve them. It wasn't that hard and that was all I really wanted since it was a gift. All I can say is the first face you see can make or break your business. Try to be more helpful and pleasant. That would have made all the difference in the world! Less than a week after my shellac manicure all of my nails are chipped and cracking. The pedicure was okay. Most of the staff was rude, including the manager who would not let my bridesmaid get her pedicure. My bridesmaid should not have had to say that she was just going to get her manicure. The manager could have had the common courtesy to come say something to me (as the bride) instead of making my bridesmaid take the fall. If I could get my $98 back I would. Read Less

I am extremely disappointed with my visit for a facial at Francesco's. I cannot recommend it at all. The aesthetician was not personable, did not explain what she was doing and when she was done, she said "did I talk to you about products?". When I said no, she went away and came back with a introductory box with small quantities of the facewash, lotion and other lotion. She just handed it to me. She didn't explain how to use them or why she recommended this package over some sort of individualized approach - just "you can pay upfront." I asked her a handful of questions about my skin while she was doing the facial and if I got a real answer at all, it was unsatisfactory. On top of that, they "LOST" MY NEW WATCH. The aesthetician removed my watch during a hand massage. I forgot about it by the time she was done. When I called the next morning, the receptionist said they would look for it and call me back. Which she never did. When I called again they said the same thing. But that day they did call me back and said they searched everywhere and couldn't find it. She told me that it got put in my robe. Like it was my fault that I forgot to take it out of my robe. On top of that, my aesthetician did not tell me anything when she took my watch off. Now let's think for a second about how a WATCH could just disappear. Francesco's bills itself as a spa. That doesn't sound like a place that is irresponsible about its cleanliness. Seems unlikely the watch got sucked up by the washing machine or swept up with the hair on the floor. All I got was "sorry we couldn't find it." No, "we value you as a customer and we're so sorry, so here's a gift certificate for another visit." Nothing. Read Less

The BEST Facial Ever!  Who would have thought I'd get the Best Facial Ever in my own back yard?  But, I sure did!   I scheduled with Leslie who gave me the Myoxy Caviar Facial  -it's one for Anti-Aging.  First, Leslie has great hands and it was very relaxing - I have some jaw issues and have an appliance in my mouth and my muscles in my head and face are very sore from the jaw being rearranged, I left there with less pain and no headache!.  Second, the facial is very cool because it hardens into a mask - I even brought it home so I could show the family and take a picture :).  Third, it actually did what she said it would do.  I've had facial at resorts, on cruise ships and fancy schmancy  hotels and the Myoxy Caviar Facial from Leslie was truly the best one ever!    Treat yourself soon to one of Leslie's Facials - you will love it!PS.  I uploaded a picture of the mask if you want to check it out. The entire process was the most painful and drawnout I've ever experienced-- after 30+ minutes of pain, not all of the hair was removed, but the esthetician was "finished." And I was left with an incomplete Brazilian and wax everywhere.The following day, I called the salon to request a partial refund, since I'd only received a partial service, and was met with hostility and attitude from the salon manager. After more than 15 minutes on the phone with her, she finally refunded me $30 of the $65 (minus tax and tip). HORRIBLE customer service. There are plenty of other salons in the Cleveland area (Ladies and Gentlemen, etc) that know how to complete the services they offer and still treat their clients with respect-- take your money elsewhere!
