The service was very good and the wait for walk-ins was fairly quick. The only problem I had was that my polish started to chip the next day and I didn’t want to go back to get them redone. Within 3 days of getting them done, they had all started to chip while I wasn’t doing anything that would promote them to.

They did an awesome job on a mani/pedi for me before my vacation. It's a very nice salon and the prices are great! They are very thorough and take their time making your nails beautiful!

New to the area and I've been trying different salons. Amazing work! My nail tech was so thorough and attentive to every last detail. I went for a fill and gel manicure. I was a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon, so I had to wait a bit (about an hour), but well worth it! He was able to correct mistakes that another salon had made.

Expert Nails is hands-down the best nail salon in the Lake/Cuyahoga county area. I drive from Mayfield Heights to Mentor specifically to get my nails done as no one is better. Anthony, Kim, and Tommy are amazing at what they do. I have been going to Anthony since the early 2000's and he NEVER lets me down. They don't take appointments, which is my only gripe, but the final product is well worth the wait.

I went to this place about three weeks ago to get acrylics and the lady who did them did an amazing job and I was super pleased. Went back today for a fill and the lady I had today kept nicking my skin with the drill and making it bleed, then when I pulled away she would laugh at me for it hurting. I will not be going back here.

Initially, I thought this place was going to be great. Clean & friendly. Then I had to wait over an hour after I was told 20 minutes & they took someone who got there well after me because they thought I was still choosing a color (I wasn't). Left moderately happy & then the next day, my gel started peeling on all of my fingers. Didn't have time to ask them to fix it because I was going out of town. Pretty displeased. Still on the hunt for a nail place in the mentor area!

This place is WONDERFUL. Anthony is so friendly and welcoming. My nails look flawless and I will definitely be coming back!! The environment is positive, warm and clean. 10/10

I didn't give 5 stars because of one reason alone; the wait times and no appointments. The work that they do there is great! But if you don't get there before they open and wait at the door, you are going to wait at least an hour or two. I typically see Pauline and she is wonderful. I've also had Hahn too and she's great as well. My daughter has seen a couple other technicians and she's was happy with all!I recommend them as overall, they do a fantastic job.

The service was very good and the wait for walk-ins was fairly quick. The only problem I had was that my polish started to chip the next day and I didn’t want to go back to get them redone. Within 3 days of getting them done, they had all started to chip while I wasn’t doing anything that would promote them to.

New to the area and I've been trying different salons. Amazing work! My nail tech was so thorough and attentive to every last detail. I went for a fill and gel manicure. I was a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon, so I had to wait a bit (about an hour), but well worth it! He was able to correct mistakes that another salon had made.

Expert Nails is hands-down the best nail salon in the Lake/Cuyahoga county area. I drive from Mayfield Heights to Mentor specifically to get my nails done as no one is better. Anthony, Kim, and Tommy are amazing at what they do. I have been going to Anthony since the early 2000's and he NEVER lets me down. I went to this place about three weeks ago to get acrylics and the lady who did them did an amazing job and I was super pleased. I didn't give 5 stars because of one reason alone; the wait times and no appointments. The work that they do there is great! But if you don't get there before they open and wait at the door, you are going to wait at least an hour or two. I typically see Pauline and she is wonderful. I've also had Hahn too and she's great as well. My daughter has seen a couple other technicians and she's was happy with all!I recommend them as overall, they do a fantastic job.
