I was very disappointed with my experience here. I easily got an appointment. However, they left me sitting under the dryer for 20 minutes and no one bothered to check to make sure my nails were dry even though I asked twice. Now a week later, my left thumb nail is chipped. New to Medina and have been looking for a great place to have my nails dipped. I have found my new salon!  S&S is clean and the staff was super friendly and most importantly, my nails look AMAZING!  They took their time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted and they look so natural. I'm here visiting from Texas (land of nail salons) and I've been getting my nails done for years. I initially picked this place because of the reviews and I have to say I understand why they're so high. Debbie is great. She is skilled, she understands Customer Service, and she bends over backwards to make our customers happy. The salon itself is beautiful. The pedicure bowls look like Murano glass! I went about a month ago. It was easy to get an appointment. The place is very clean and welcoming with many chairs, including cute, pink butterfly chairs for little girls. The staff were also very friendly, even after I had to bring my boys. I will definitely be back. My pedicure also lasted almost 6 weeks. Read Less

I noticed this nail salon while driving by the other day, I'm fairly new to the area and need a new salon!! I went today for a pedicure and a full set with gel. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. Very nice, clean and spacious! Tom did an AMAZING job & I will DEFINITELY be back.... Happy I found such a Great place! Way over priced, called ahead about availability, sure we can take you in 15 minutes got there and still waited a half hour and then sat in the pedicure water for another 25 minutes, so , so average salon. A little cleaner but new. Services were maybe two stars. Only two techs on duty and one was a husband filling in for his wife. I cannot recommend this salon when they are a dime a dozen and their prices are well above the norm. Read Less

I've been here three times since they opened in January. Love the atmosphere here. The wine selection is nice, cash bar only and tips are cash only but they do have an ATM here which is nice.
