Disappointed after 150.00 did not get the style I asked for, it was another stylist haircut. Not only was it not done as I requested my stylist did not let me see the back and did not clean up the back!!!! My husband had to do it. Bad experience waste of my very hard earned money. Read Less

Twenty- five years or so, I saw Lori (the owner) at a movie theatre. I loved her hair cut so I asked her where she had it done. She said she was a beautician. I had never had a better cut. I followed her from Seville to Medina. Her entire staff is talented. On a personal note...when my husband was dying from pancreatic cancer, I wouldn't leave him long enough to get a haircut. I called Reflections the morning after he died because I looked awful. Lori came in on her day off to cut my hair. It wasn't just the haircut that made me feel better. Got a fabulous massage by one of the best, Marianne!  This is one of the friendliest and professional hair salons/spas I have ever been in. The owner, Lori, is wonderful and the staff is always cheerful. I love the fact that you can get a massage and not hear the sounds or smell of the hair salon part.  I always go when I am in Ohio visiting my Mom, and it is wonderful to know that she is well taken care of with hair, nails and massage while I am living out of state.  Kudos to all of you at Reflections, keep up the great work! I have used three different people at Reflections for my nails.  All of them were good, but Brittany was my favorite.  I eventually trusted her enough to let her cut and style my hair and I'm "very" happy with the cut.  (I have shoulder length hair and stylists seem to love cutting it off).   I usually come out of a salon with it cut 2-4 inches shorter than I had requested but it was perfect this time.  After months of searching, I finally have a stylist I'm happy with. I can only comment on their massage service, but I'm very pleased with that particular aspect!  Marianne was very professional and made me feel at ease.  After an hour massage, I feel like I'm 3 inches taller.I've had massages from three other masseuses, and I like Marianne's way of doing things the best.  I'll definitely visit in the future.
