I could do a better pedicure myself. I spent 60 dollars plus tip for spa quality pedicure that was all sales. Received a hour long sales pitch.

I got a gift card from my Mother in law for Christmas to try this place out. I scheduled a Thai facial, Express mani with shellac, and a spa pedicure. When I got there i was taken back for my facial. she did the steam and wiped my face and then put a mask on and left the room. she was gone for a solid ten minutes, came back in did the same thing and then left the room again!!! In my experience with facials when you get the mask portion of the facial they do a massage, not h...ere! She didn't do any extractions either, I actually didn't even see any equipment there to do them! They did the wrong facial as well, they ended up giving me a signature facial instead of the thai facial. Also, i didn't go in for my HOUR facial until 9:40 and she was done at 10:20. So i was not happy when i came i out from my facial and actually canceled my pedicure cause i didn't want to waste my money! When i got the manicure they informed me that they hadn't scheduled me for shellac ( even though i was very specific on the phone when i scheduled it) and said that the person that does that isn't available. I told them that was fine, i just wont get the manicure cause regular polish does not stay on my nails. Then all of a sudden they could do it? But now two days later i already have THREE chips and their color selection was very minimal. Instead of being a relaxing experience it was a frustrating and irritating one. See More

I surprised my fiancé with a couples spa treatment and we couldn't have been happier! The massage was amazing and the pedicure was like nothing I have ever experienced! The atmosphere for the couples massage was perfect, very relaxing. After the massage we had an hour steam room session with drinks and snacks allowing us to wind down even more. The steam room was also a shower which was nice to wash up after the massage. After the massage and steam room we ended our visit with a pedicure that ended up putting both of us to sleep, foot soak, leg scrub, the works! The staff was extremely professional, very accommodating and made us feel at home. The facility was up to date and very clean, will definitely be back.

The manicurist was rude- just making little digs about how she could tell I'd last clipped my toenails myself, etc- and when I requested a French manicure, she told me she couldn't do one. Could not!!...
The manicurist was rude- just making little digs about how she could tell I'd last clipped my toenails myself, etc- and when I requested a French manicure, she told me she couldn't do one. Could not!! Another manicurist in the room also informed me she couldn't.

The service at the salon was excellent! Everyone there is very friendly and my hair stylist Patti is fantastic! I would definitely recommend her and all the other services they provide there!

One of the worst salons I have been to in my hair dying lifetime so far. First of all, their prices are outrageous for cuts and coloring. They "charge for toner, if it is needed"...if toner is needed ...
One of the worst salons I have been to in my hair dying lifetime so far. First of all, their prices are outrageous for cuts and coloring. They "charge for toner, if it is needed"...if toner is needed to get your highlights away from a nasty "orange" color, why am I having to pay extra for getting my color correct?? Second, I am not sure where they get their stylists or if they are even licensed? On both occasions I went to get a cut and color, i got the impression that neither one knew what they were doing...i have to go back to get my highlights fixed and hopefully they will answer their phone bc they don't seem to do that either.

I normally go else where to get my hair done however I was in a jam and needed my hair done desperately. It's about 5 hour process but Q Spa welcomed me in with no problem. Mona did an amazing job on my hair. So good that I am going back. I think I found a new home.

Every single time I have made an appointment at Q spa and salon I have ALWAYS walked out happy. Everywhere I have gone to get my hair done they have fried it and cut it very short when I ask for a minimal trim, but this place keeps my hair healthy and doesn't butcher it off. Unfortunately, They have let go of my two favorite hair stylists, Melonie, and Viktoria. :( I had put all of my trust in both of these ladies and they never disappointed me, and I am very picky about my hair. I am uncertain on what to do about going back because I don't know any of the other stylists. I wish they would keep their girls!!! But I do love this place, I have never been disappointed. 10/10 would recommend.

I received a Mother's Day Gift Card for Q's Spa. I went there today and had an amazing time. The services were excellant. I had a facial, massage, a Spa Pedicure and cut & style. Everyone was excellant, I felt like I was a queen for the day. I wish I could go back again tomorrow.

This place is like no other in the area! It looks amazing like a Spa you would find in a high end resort. The staff was excellant and friendly from the time you enter until you leave. I had a massage that was the best I've ever had and then had my hair cut & styled which was awesome. I would highly reccomend and will be back soon.

My first visit made an appointment in advance and when i show up No one is there to cut my hair.... i wait and wait for more then 35 min still No Luck.. 2nd visit made an appontment , This time i did receive the service, and they charge me $250, Which is ok but after 5 days later , my hair is same as befour no diffrence after spending $250.so when i told them i didn't like my hair after spending so much money, owner he was right there he didn't say single world and went to back office and let me deal with his employee... i don't think that is even a good management, atleast they need to listen to there customer .. and ofcourse employee told me sorry you came come back i will charge you only for product..hahahaha Really? i don't think so... NOT RECEIVING A GOOD SERVICE AFTER SPENING SO MUCH MONEY. AND VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

Absolutely SHOCKING treatment by front desk imbicile. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a Monday ""by appointment only"" booking. Showed up to a dark building - nobody inside! Decided to wait...
Absolutely SHOCKING treatment by front desk imbicile. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a Monday ""by appointment only"" booking. Showed up to a dark building - nobody inside! Decided to wait & half an hour later, the front desk guy arrives without a clue that I had an appointment. I stayed calm & accepted to reschedule for 2 days time - the only time I had left before my vacation. I had to ask if he could give me something for my trouble that day (driving 45min to get there) and all he offered was a 15min extension on the time. Come Wednesday, I get a call saying that they are closing early due to weather and if I could come earlier. I said that at the earliest I could be there 1.5hrs before the appointment time, but apparently that was still insufficient since they asked that I reschedule. I called to speak to the owner & she was out of town, so only had the guy to speak with who continued to speak over me & rattle off excuses. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS INCONSIDERATE BUSINESS!

The atmosphere for the couples massage was perfect, very relaxing. After the massage we had an hour steam room session with drinks and snacks allowing us to wind down even more. I normally go else where to get my hair done however I was in a jam and needed my hair done desperately. It's about 5 hour process but Q Spa welcomed me in with no problem. Mona did an amazing job on my hair. So good that I am going back. I think I found a new home.
