I have been going to this shop for over 5 years. I enjoy the time I'm there. The owner (Jen) always has time for me. Even on short notice. The shop is clean. I know exactly how long it takes to do my nails so I don't have to wait. I would strongly suggest making an appointment. Try to make time for a pedicure. It will almost put you to sleep.

Why are they even in business? Attitude is all I have to say. Your paying for a service while be treated you like a charity case. After I told the owner how uncomfortable her employee made me with an obvious irritable attitude the owner only made things worse! I left in the middle of service, I work to hard for my money to not be able to relax and be pampered.

I wish to god I would’ve went anywhere else to get my acrylics taken off!! I went there one time to get a mani pedi and it looked like a five year old did them. When I went to get my acrylics off the blonde girl came over and started taking off my nails. DIDNT SAY ONE WORD TO ME THE WHOLE TIME, she was annoyed in a bad mood and acted like she hated her job. She was digging at my nails and almost made me bleed multiple times and when I would jerk back she would YANK my hand towards her & being wayy too rough!! I was so uncomfortable & There’s no way I gave a tip & there’s no way I’m ever going there again. SO RUDE

Nails were done very poorly. Nothing like I wanted. Length much shorter than I wanted and the painting was very sloppily done. You can see the brush strokes and areas she didn't paint enough on, or where there's too much paint and it clumped. Paint all around my nail on my fingers as well. I'm going to get them soaked off and redone tomorrow. I'm so disappointed and am never going there again!

Nails were done very poorly. Nothing like I wanted. Length much shorter than I wanted and the painting was very sloppily done. You can see the brush strokes and areas she didn't paint enough on, or where there's too much paint and it clumped. Paint all around my nail on my fingers as well.
